Loved the resort. Lots of great activities for the family. Beach volleyball was a family hit. Everyone was friendly. The person that stood out the most was Sefirah. She was very welcoming when we brought our daughter to play in the Kids Playroom.

The staff make you realize that taking time to stop and enjoy your life is the ultimate gift you can give yourself. From the moment you arrive to the last glorious sunset, they are there making your day special. We have been members of Moon Palace for 19 years and this where we have chosen to be because of their standards of excellence. This trip is no exception. We planned this trip to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary with our family, 12 in total. George Segal Smith, Aimee, Keesha,and Andre magically put our itinerary together to meet every possible need including a Birthday Party for our 4 year old grandson! Andre quietly and deftly carries out all of the Residence Members wants and needs. Melissa is like an orchestra conductor overseeing her magnificent team. It is truly beautiful music! Spent a great week at Moon Palace Jamaica, we were a party of 10, and the staff inside and outside were great. The food and service were great, the pool staff did a great job getting us whatever we needed. The best beach area to swim in over any of the other Palace resorts.

Resort was ok, but it took several attempts to get anything taken care of. 4 of us in the room with 3 towels. 3 days of requests before we got another. Fridge was not restocked for 4 days. Room was missing robes. Went to the resort presentation and got held up for three hours, received resort credits for going and found we couldn't use them for ANYTHING which was a joke. Buffet was half empty most of the time. Got kicked off an EMPTY beach because we were wearing the wrong color wrist bands. Could never get a pool chair because they were "reserved" with towels early in the morning by people that never returned to them. Horrible customer service attitude when were leaving, including making us pay our own way back to the airport....I guess all inclusive ended immediately on the morning of the last day. Outrages excursion pricing, while private options were a 1/4 your price...should have been the other way around. We ALMOST purchased the membership, and are incredibly grateful we did NOT, after experiencing the attitude of the resort.

We attended a wedding at Moon palace and had the best time!! Shemar was our server at the pool/beach and he was amazing!!! Lorreine at the sundeck was so kind and amazing to talk too! Dadrie was our pool server another day and she was on top of it and we loved her!! Swimming with the Dolphins was a hit for us all and Marsha was so good with the kids!! Monique helped us book our excursions. She was so helpful and knowledgeable!! We always felt safe and never had any issues. The place was very clean and the beds were SO comfortable! I would definitely plan another vacation here!
