    Room was close to skyliner

Room was pretty clean. We were very close to the skyliner and a bus station which was nice, but very far away from the main pool and food. The pool was very crowded and the food at the hotel was pretty terrible. And pricey. All the employees at the hotel were nice and helpful. Overall, not a bad stay, but probably wouldn't stay again.

Don’t waste your money. There is no where to eat. The food at this resort is trash. They messed our orders up multiple times at the only place to eat which is basically cheap bar food. Called front desk and they could care less. All the rides at Magic Kingdom were packed. It’s miserable for little kids. Food lines are outrageous and there’s very few seats available so you end up eating on a stone ledge along the walkways. Everything is closed due to COVID. Total bs excuse. What does fireworks have to do with COVID??? They are making just as much money off people offering way less. GO TO UNIVERSAL!

We haven't stayed at this resort for about 5 years, and the service has vastly improved since our last stay. There was a snafu with our reservation where we couldn't check in on-line, and the front desk checked us in and got us a great room right over the bridge, also sorted out being able to charge with our magic bands, which we re-used from a prior trip. We picked up our groceries at bell services and were served immediately. The food court is smaller than our previous trip, but the food was still good. The lobby has been completely refurbished. The room itself was somewhat dated, but well maintained. It was very quiet. I love the skyliner, but I would suggest that Disney still consider have bus services for guests afraid of heights.

After catching a red eye flight they had our room ready at 8:00 a.m. and our magic bands ready for pick up at the counter. The rooms are super clean, customer service is amazing and everything was easily accessible. I will definitely be taking our daughters back when we visit again.

First time stay at a Disney Property

My husband, children and I stayed at the Caribbean Beach over spring break last week. This was our first time staying at a Disney property and also my children's first time visiting Disney World. Our flight arrived late in the evening and we took the Magical Express from the airport to the resort. I was nervous when we arrived because it was dark and I wasn't sure how easy it would be to find our room. Luckily a staff member helped my husband and explained the quickest way to get to our room and we found it without an issue. The resort is huge and we requested to stay in the Aruba section because we had friends staying at the Rivera Resort. Our room had a 5th sleeper which was perfect for my son. The room was a great size for a family of 4 and had everything we needed. Although we didn't spend a lot of time in our room. I thought the bathrooms were dated and needed an update. The double vanity is helpful for a family of 4, but the room with the toilet and bathtub was tiny. We enjoyed walking around the property and it was easy to use the skyliner to get to Hollywood Studies. We used the buses to get to the other parks and the longest we waited was probably 10 mins. We only ate at the resort twice, the night we arrived and one morning for breakfast. The food was ok but not worth it, in fact if you are staying closer to the Rivera, I suggest you order breakfast from there. When we were on property we ate there most of the time because the quality of the food was so much better than Caribbean Beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I need to say a special thank you to Michelle for making my children's first visit to Disney extra magical.
