This property is very nice and even has a parking guard. The parking is free here, by the way, and there is plenty of it! The value of this hotel can't be beat. It is a clean property and close to Disney! The rooms are quite small and so are the beds. We had 3 adults in our party and 2 had to sleep in a double bed together...was very tight. Overall the room was sufficient, the A/C worked perfectly, and the blackout curtains were so great that if we wanted to sleep in, there was absolutely no light that got through the windows to interrupt our sleep! We had a faulty hairdryer in the room, but a call to the front desk was all it took to get someone there in minutes to fix it! If you are not looking to spend a lot of time in your hotel room while visiting nearby attractions (such as Disney World,) and you are on a tighter budget, then this hotel is perfect for you!

We stayed at the Clarion Inn for two nights. On arrival at the hotel reception we discovered that there had been a mix-up with our booking. We had paid for five nights but our agent had not been able to secure the room booking contrary to the confirmation we had been given the previous day. However as a result of the efforts of the reception staff we got agreement for a two night stay while our agent sorted out arrangements for the remaining three days. I would like to thank the reception staff for helping us out so that we had somewhere to stay after a long flight from UK. The desk was busy but the staff liaised with our agent until something got sorted. We enjoyed our stay at the Clarion Inn and all the facilities were just right for what we were expecting.

Myself and my family have just returned from a 10 day stay at the clarion. We couldn't fault anything! Rooms were cleaned every day. Fresh towels. Pool area was clean. The gardens beautifully maintained. We had the full breakfast included in our stay which consisted of everything!! The staff throughout the hotel were helpful and friendly. Free shuttle to the Disney parks numerous times a day. Great location for everything. Cannot wait to return!!!

So I arrived on this past Thursday to what would be the worst hotel stay in my life. Having a background in hotels myself, I am very critical with how good or bad my stay should be. My best friend was already checked into the room since Wednesday, so I was arriving to join her with the festivities. First the issue of WiFi. It was horrible. It logged me off multiple times and it was rather slow. Even when I put in the correct password, it still logged me out. Even though I was there for a casual trip, but I still had some homework and studying to do and with this didn't help. Next. Housekeeping. Like their comprehension skills are horrid. My best friend and myself requested no housekeeping before we left to get food and even the next day. The first instance, after we came back from getting food, our room was cleaned. The Saturday when we were going to check out, housekeeping knocked on our door and barged into the room while we were sleeping. at 9am. Like that is outrageous. Next the staff was somewhat not knowledgeable about some of the features of the hotel. We called to request a shuttle to Hollywood Studios since it said to call at least 24 hours in advance, and we got the response of "just show up" ummmmm that's not an appropriate response fora hotel staff member to give to a guest. Also on that particular day, the shuttle bus was NOT on time, and even once we arrived to the park, we asked was the drop-off spot, the place to pick us up from. The response was "just follow the schedule." Also having a tip jar for the driver with a notice of "you don't have to tip but it would be nice if you do" is rather tacky and tasteless. The room was okay at best. It was rather small. The bed was decent I did get some pretty good sleep but the pillows were slightly uncomfortable. Also the TV size and the channel selection wasn't the best either. I was definitely not impressed. Finally the one thing that really set me over the edge was my package that I had delivered to the hotel. On this past Friday around 11am before picking up my food order, I had to swing by the front desk to get the last piece for my outfit for Disney that night. First, the lady who was in the room was absolutely rude. I thought I could go in and get my package since I didn't see any staff in the room and there was a guest in the room. She instead fussed at me and shooed me to go wait in line. That was absolutely rude. Then I get to the front and I go to get my package and she says "That will be $5." I have a confused face like ummmm I'm a guest, why am I paying to pick up my package. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where I had to PAY TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE. That's outrageous. $5 for a package -____- come on that a mess. Like that's a scam. In the years that I've worked in hotels, I've never had to charge a guest to pick up a package. Like its a quick "come up" Sadly I have to give a rating because otherwise, this wouldn't get any stars from me in all honesty. You need to improve your team. Your service sucks.
