    Lovely resort

    Stayed here in Feb 2020 and it’s lovely, the tower is very grand and has perfect finishing touches, has been done to a very high standard :) Stayed in the Cabana area, room was nice, everything you needed including a hair dryer, coffee machine/safe was in the room. Laundry room available to use if you needed it. The whole resort is clean, welcoming and so pretty. Staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Used the buses daily and had no issues with these, longest wait was 20 minutes, pools great with plenty of towels, sun beds. The only negative I have about this resort was the food, we were on the quick dining plan and ate in El Mercado but found there to be little choice, nachos, burgers, pizza was literally it, and the service was so slow, we were there for 2 weeks so just kept eating elsewhere, apart from that I can’t fault the resort or the staff.     I have stayed at several Disney properties while on vacation there. I've stayed at the value resorts as well as the top end. This resort was very nice I really like the layout. On vacation with my daughter. We both like the close access to the bus pick up. Had quite a bit of a walk to the places to eat. Resort was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Only had one issue with a bus pick up. Had to wait longer than I liked. The room was clean. I will admit that I'm OCD and it could have been cleaner for me. Overall nice resort with short bus travel to the parks. Would go again.

    My daughter and I were celebrating her new job and my birthday and after debating which resort to selected, we went with our sentimental favourite since we hadn't stayed at Coronado since 2017. We had a very positive experience last year getting guest assistance at Coronado even though we weren't an onsite guest. We are so grateful we chose to stay at Coronado!! The positive experience began at check in when we were able to upgrade at our AP rate to club level and were brought upstairs to check in. We received our room with fantastic views of both Epcot and Hollywood studios and the amenities in the Club for refreshments were fantastic to be greeted with! An unforseen disruption happened during our first night and the next day, CM Molly worked magic together with CM Annette to assist us into a new room quickly and with so much empathy! The trip seemed back on track until that evening when the Internet blew up with notices that Disney World would close and we were 1 day into a 11 day trip. CM Daniel took so much time to provide an listening ear as he scrambled to help us get some next day Fastpasses since the parks would close before we could use any of the plans were had made 60 days out. He brought us snacks and drinks along with Disney cheer as we processed the abrupt end to our trip and the magnitude of the crisis unfolding world wide. He re-arranged the Magical Express pick up from our planned departure date to the date the airline offered (sadly that too would be cancelled by the airline). Every day, really every hour, new announcement were happening and CM MaryKay, Brett, Adrienne along with at least 5 others and again Annette and Daniel would greet us and offer to assist in any way they could to minimize and mitigate the stress and disruption for us since by then, not only the parks but Disney springs, club level and the resorts would be closing and we were spending 2 hours+ trying to talk to airlines to get a flight from the cancelled ones we were getting daily notices of. Sunday, we went to City Walk and brought staff VooDoo Donuts for all their kindness to keep us cared for during this unprecedented time to find out that Daniel was part of the College program who were notified they had all concluded their contracts with Disney and he'd already left. That's when we realized just how professional he was to us - he knew his whole life was changing but his first thought was to provide assistance to us on the fateful Thursday night. Being a mom to five children in their 20's myself, my unshakeable faith in the future of our youth was validated to know how giving and considerate Daniel was to us and I hope Disney is lucky enough to get him back after this current crisis ends. Sunday evening, watching the fireworks with thousands of CM standing right behind us, who would all be leaving Disney after that show - they sang with incredible passion and love through their tears. Once the fireworks concluded, we turned and got the crowd to applaud them for how much they make the Disney Experience magical for us all. We all began crying together - it was a moment I will never forget. As to the Resort - everything great that everyone writes about is true - the pool is huge and wonderful, room are clean and so fresh. I love the modern European look with warm accents throughout. Club level offerings are so tasty and exactly my style which I know isn't everyone's taste - lots of veggies, seafood tastings, mousse dessert, cookies and the latte machine were all A+ in my book. Great selection of cider, beer and wine put out as well. The Resort grounds were immaculate, greenery was beautiful and ALL staff were so friendly and congenial. In summary, if we had to experience a crisis while on vacation, we picked the very best place to be with CM who always put our needs as a priority through their own personal adversity and from the very bottom of our hearts, we thank you for this. We hope we can be invited to return in the future to actually enjoy the incredible room Molly found for us in more relaxing circumstances - that is our only regret!

    Perfect hotel!

    We stayed here recently (we were actually at the hotel when news came that Disney was closing due to the Coronavirus). Hats off to Disney for the way they handled this situation. Full refund on our unused tickets; hand sanitizer everywhere; cleaning efforts increased to the max. We felt very safe there. We were Club level room in the tower and LOVED it. The service was absolutely impeccable! One of the Club employees (Adrienne) actually gifted a pin to my son after she explained the pin trading program to him and after he showed interest in one of her pins. Magic! The rooms were incredibly comfortable (beds, sheets, and pillows were PERFECT). We had views of Epcot and Hollywood Studios fireworks each night from our room. The pool and hot tub were better than expected. Toledo steaks were to die for! I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for as long as I can remember.

    CSR has always been our favourite moderate resort, but with the recent renovations it really seems more like a deluxe. Beautiful, well kept surroundings and delighted to get a newly refurbished room. The are tower and lobby area are simply breathtaking. Should really have spent more time at the resort, but so much to see and do.
