By FAR the WORST! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

Seriously in shock that this hotel is even still running. We checked in there was no one around, no valet, no one to welcome you, no one to help with luggage, the air conditioner wasn’t working, fridge broken, room was dirty, the one person at the front desk sent someone to look at the a/c and they couldn’t fix it. I had to ask for a different room and when I asked I was down graded to a room with a view of the parking lot when we had a nice view of the pool. When I called downstairs to request extra towels I had to go downstairs and get them myself. Seriously this “resort” is basically an airbnb. There is supposedly NO MANAGER ONSITE until tomorrow at 3PM?!!!! A resort of this size should have a manager onsite at all times along with housekeeping. Zero hospitality. Run while you can. The previous reviews are definitely fake.

Ana my poolside waitress is absolutely the best. She is an angel. She is very attentive to our needs and very welcoming and respectful. We will for sure come back and make sure we are in her section. Magaritaville is an absolute paradise. Best to relax either solo or with family and friends.
