For the price of the hotel and because it’s within the parks resorts you’d think it would be extravagant at least. Sapphire falls was so nice, even the staff was overall nicer. We couldn’t enjoy aventuras pool due to it being closed. Rooftop bar was the coolest part of the hotel.

I already wrote a long note but I went back and fourth to the front desk several times and went through 12 room keys before they determined the door lock was the issue and had to be replaced. This issue caused us to be late for dinner reservations in the park itself. The food was subpar, go to sapphire falls for breakfast! The rooftop bar was very pretty but closed during the day, way over priced and the service was not good.

I booked this hotel mostly for the convenience of getting to and from Halloween horror nights without having to pay the more expensive hotels on site. Being able to hop onto the boat at sapphire falls to get to city walk was a great perk. What really made me give a good rating was the excellent staff. Specifically the bartender at the pool bar, Chadrick. He provided great service and helped us with all our questions even letting us know where we can find food late at night after Halloween horror nights. The front desk staff was wonderful as well always cheery and friendly. The only downside was that I wish I could have ordered breakfast to be delivered to the room but there was barely any options on the room service menu and none were breakfast. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything was great except the pool was closed. Three kids and no pool make for a long day. We did enjoy the roof top view in the evening. We liked the shuttle to and from the parks. We parked the car and didn’t drive again for the rest of our stay.

One of the most annoying hotels ever

First, they've made it impossible to attach my Fire stick to their TV... I should only watch what they want me to watch. Then, if i get up in the middle of the night, I can't just hit a light switch like any other hotel on Earth... no, I have to fumble for a tablet and page through options to turn a light on.
