Great company recognition trip

Melissa C (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) on Apr 19, 2024

Beautiful resort comfortably appointed although large it feels cozy. Great spa experience and delicious food. Breakfast on your balcony as the sun settles into the sky is just the best! Adult pool was serene as can be

Fairmont Princess is true royalty

Mark L on Apr 15, 2024

They treated me like royalty and the facilities and grounds are more exquisite than a castle. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Fairmont Princess. We came for a conference and had great walks on the beautiful property between sessions. Weather in April was great

Book It!

Brian C on Apr 15, 2024

Great property! Beautiful and very well maintained. The standard guest rooms a quite spacious, comfy and extremely clean. The staff has been wonderful and accommodating. There’s several pools to use and plenty of shops for anything you may need. If you don’t feel like walking the property—just call for a driver & golf cart. You will not be disappointed!!!

A resort of contradictions

Katy A on Apr 14, 2024

The staff was incredible: helpful, courteous, and kind. The room was old and ill-maintained: there was paint chipping on the walls and floorboards, cracks in the ceiling, and splintered wood at the bottom of doors and cabinets. The pools and communal areas were gorgeous: pristine, cared for, and lovely to experience. I had a beautiful view of the fragrance garden from my room, and I loved smelling the flowers and hearing the birds from my patio. It was a contradictory experience. The food was delicious (I'm gonna be thinking of their salad bars for weeks to come); the room felt like a bigger version of a Motel 6 I stayed in a couple years ago, though with fancier furnishings. Like, give someone a tub of spackle and some sandpaper, for heck sake. (Also deeply amused the website says the rooms have been recently refurbished... maybe they missed mine?) If you're coming here for the amenities, you won't be disappointed. If you expect your room to reflect the rest of the resort (which, given the $500/night price tag in April of all months, it SHOULD), you'll be disappointed.

Exactly what the end of winter requires

Kaitlyn M on Apr 13, 2024

The manager of the pools is fantastic. Professional. Helpful. All staff has been polite, and helpful. Property is large and well kept. My children enjoyed the pools and having the ability for an adult experience as well was a perfect balance
