    We went with two other couples who each had a 18 year old son. All of us had a great time. The food was great and so many options! The service was great and so many servers! The beach, pool, fire pits, balconies, were all so great! Lots to do here and lots of high end items. Would highly recommend this resort!

    We enjoy as a family and we already want to return

    We have already set the return date for that incredible place they have a beautiful beach and from the top of the buildings you can see how beautiful the beach is, the pool is super large and modern, the hotel has a very clean common area. Our favorite restaurants were Italiano, Mercado Buffet and Tempest, special thanks to María and Luis, David Barreiro and Manager Pedro Tomás, the guys in the bars are very attentive and serve drinks very quickly. The entertainment guys make your days fun with their charisma and joy that is contagious, Arismendy Martínez is in charge of making all those activities possible, Arturo that boy has a contagious energy, Edward contreras waoooo is a professional, the guys at the reception are very friendly. Great place to return many times.

    This resort is beyond amazing!!! It was an incredible setting for a much-needed relaxing family vacation (our first vacation in a year!). COVID-protocols are top notch. It is practically brand new so everything is clean and modern, the beach is beautiful, the customer service is wonderful (on average), most of the food is fresh, healthy and high quality, the water park was epic for our daughter, the spa is glorious and the entertainment/activities are top notch. We stayed 6 days and it felt like the perfect amount of time. There is so much to do around the resort you will never feel bored, but there are also great excursion options which we will do next time. Some tips: Ask for an electronic bracelet at check-in which can be used as a room key, hit the water park in the morning when it is less crowded, go to the spa for hair braiding for adults and kids, go to Navigator (seafood grill) at 6:15 pm so you don't have to wait and can get the first seating, upgrade to Club level so you can have breakfast and lunch at the amazing Chinola restaurant which is beachside and offers a fresh and healthy menu, snag a fire pit and grab takeout from the Asian fusion or Italian restaurant while a server brings you drinks, take advantage of the really fun kids activities in the evenings - the kids club staff are amazing and the entertainment team brings spectacular family fun every night to a big open green space with lots of COVID protocols and social distancing. Comments for management: 1) Our butler was very nice but not really that helpful - butlers should be better trained and know the daily activities and offer useful tips 2) Please buy better coffee and ice cream - both were terrible. Please include half and half as an option for coffee. 3) Guest relations took an hour to bring a laundry bag which is obviously not great 4) Both Navigator and Chinola are understaffed - each time we went the staff were practically frantic, and about half the time it took way too long for our food to arrive. Great food at each, but they need to be better staffed and the staff need more training on customer service. 5) Check-out was a bit of a disaster - the Club staff need training on check-out 6) Please buy kids-size life jackets for the water sports - not even sure why this isn't a given at a family resort. The life jacket they provided our daughter was not safe because it was adult-sized. 7) Room service was relatively fast, but the breakfast food quality was a lot lower compared to the sit down experience. Lastly, I just wanted to give kudos to management for all the effort they have put into launching such a beautiful and amazing hotel. With just a few small tweaks it will be even more perfect!

    Excellent resort with a variety of food and kids entertainment. Room service is amazing and room service attention is a plus. However need some service improvement on pool area and Italian restaurant food. Beach need more attention as there was a good amount of algae but ok to enjoy the beach.

    Our vacation was fabulous! The property was gorgeous and well kept. We felt very safe and appreciated all the COVID-19 protocols in place. The entertainment team was the best - particularly Benjamin!!
