Great week in paradise!

This place has been awesome and I can’t wait to go back! Warnes, our butler, tried so very hard (we didn’t make it easy!) to make sure we had everything taken care of each day. We were on the go often and didn’t need much tending but he still checked in with us regularly. He booked our dinner and Bali bed as requested and made sure our extras were always taken care of. Additionally, this resort came with mixed reviews by other members on other social media sites. I’m not sure how people could say anything negative about this resort or the staff working there! Our experience was superior and I wouldn’t trade it for the world! We didn’t spend time on the beach like I wanted to because there weren’t many chairs available and the vendors trying to sell items annoyed me (resort can’t do anything about this) but our time by all pools was well worth it! Food was excellent and I particularly enjoyed the Italian cuisine we had one night. We did do the hibachi show dinner. It wasn’t awesome but the food was more than tasty so no real complaints. I can’t find anything wrong with the resort and people who do are likely just overly picky and really just need to find something else to complain about. Highly recommend SRB!!!!

This resort is top notch! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Our butler, Cesar WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Get Preferred and request him! Very personal, accommodating, attentive and efficient. He goes the extra mile and even helped with special requests at moments notice! The resort itself is gorgeous! Easy access to beach with private palm trees for shade as well as chairs for beach. There are multiple pools with many chairs as well as multiple bars and a swim up bar. Sammy especially at the poolside bar was AMAZING! The entire hospitality staff and wait staff were outstanding! Do yourself a favor, book a vacation here! Can’t wait to come back! ??
Don't sleep in!

Will not reserve beach or pool chairs so make sure you get to bed early so you can get up early to get your space. Slow drink service. Food/restaurants were mixed…Bordeaux was amazing, Hibachi grill was great, others were just OK.
Fantastic All Inclusive

Not sure where to start. The restaurants were really good, the beach was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the bars were great. Just an all around great experience. We really enjoyed most of the entertainment at night. Highly recommend!

Once again, our favorite resort in the Republica Dominica. The grounds are kept immaculate by the most happy and friendly staff you could imagine. With that being said our first shout out must go to our butler Julio. He has been our butler on our last four trips and hope to have him again when we return in October later this year. The breakfast staff at Olio including Ramon C, Humberto, Charina, Ilvese, Donnen and Aneilia start our day with a smile, a laugh and a fabulous meal. The VIP lounge staffed by Julio and Jeffery the bartenders and of course Antonio Banderas keep us laughing and hydrated. The staff at the Bordeaux Victor, Julio II, Benjamin and our sommelier Alejandro are the best. Can’t forget the incomparable Modesto at the buffet. We happened to be there for the St. Patrick’s Day festivities and the jugglers, trapeze artists were fantastic as eel as all the staff dressed in green as leprechauns was hilarious. We were so sorry to hear that our favorite bartender, Maximo, was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident and we hope and pray that he fully recovers and we see him again next trip. One last comment: we think better security should be established to keep non-preferred guests out of preferred areas. We always stay preferred and believe that guests who don’t at for the upgrade should not have access to these areas. Till next time, Kathy and Paul Till next time
