I will return for my tenth stay at CSA this December. The location and beach are beautiful. The grounds are covered with palms and the serpentine pathways through the greenery belies the fact that there are a lot of people on the site. Staff are friendly and helpful. I always look forward to meeting staff members who have been at CSA since my first visit. They still remember me. I enjoy the whole experience from socializing over a breakfast of whatever I feel like eating, to the scuba diving on a beautiful new boat. The dive staff is experienced and makes every dive fun and safe for beginners as well as interesting for experienced divers. I enjoy the casual luxury of the place, with no need to dress up in the evenings and the staff being friendly and helpful while not intruding on the experience. The weight room is first class and accommodates the casual work out to some very heavy lifting. Donovan, the supervisor, is a knowledgeable quiet man who can give every assistance with your workout or answer any questions you may have about your fitness plan. Donovan, thanks for helping me to my heaviest lifts while working with you in Jamaica. I enjoy the wide variety of food and have never gone hungry at CSA !!! The tennis courts are well kept and tennis is part of what makes CSA a destination resort. Night life is as varied as the menu, from piano bar to the house band led by the talented Lincon, to visiting singers and performers. Every night different and enjoyable. The rooms are simple, clean spacious. Hats off to Couples Swept Away, my happy place.

We took our Honeymoon at Couples Swept Away in Negril Jamaica and it was a week to remember. The facility offered everything from health and fitness, luxury spa, night life, entertainment, water and beach activities, excursions, and relaxation. It was a wonderful mix of romance, fun and socializing. The age groups was from 20's to 50's and all guests we met were enjoying their stay. We never heard a single couple with a complaint about the facility. The beach is clean, well groomed and warm as a bath tub. There is drink service to the beach and lots of lounge chairs and floaters for the ocean. If you are looking for a tan there's tons of room but lots of shade for those who prefer to read or just relax. The many restaurants offered wonderful flavours and variety every day. You were never tired of the large buffet but you still had great options for al a cart with the other restaurants. There are two finer dining al a cart restaurants so bring at least two nice outfits so you can celebrate in style. There is limited beef choices but tons of chicken, fish, seafood, pork and vegetarian options. We also participated in the private dinner on the beach (for an additional fee) and loved the evening would recommend to all. The staff were amazing and the hospitality flowed as well as the free drinks. There was never a request they didn't try to accommodate and they never met you without a smile. We met many guests that were return visitors and we will definitely join the group of repeaters. A Honeymoon to remember. Thank you to Couples Swept Away and Westjet Vacations!

An extraordinary staff, always eager and well disposed to help. The sports and spa facilities are excellent and the best in Jamaica. For an all inclusive, it is very satisfying that they don't cut corners, the food is 5 star, excellent quality liquor, bar service, even on the beach!! The long beach and the crystal clear water was a perfect scene. Great entertainment, morning and evening at the Palms, great effort put out by the entire staff to stage the Friday night Beach party. Even at 98% capacity, the layout and facilities are such that you never feel crowded, never fighting for a good spot on the beach. Was our second time back, going back next year with friends. Thank you swept away for another wonderful experience. Anthony and Mary

Couples Swept Away was a perfect honeymoon! It was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of pools to find a quite spot, wasn't too big of a resort, not too busy, no big party groups there, activities aimed at couples & honeymooners were a lot of fun. Location was good - 1.5hrs away from airport. Most off resort activities required a little drive - horseback riding only 20mins away. Zipline, however, was about a 2hr drive. Downtown shopping area only a 10min drive if you wanted to buy coffee or booze off resort (we did, big savings). Staff very laid back and easy going. It's a no-tipping, no-cash resort, which is nice, but takes the bartering out of the equation if you're into that. We would go back, for sure. There was an issue to sewer smells on the resort throughout our stay. Might of been related to Hurricane Sandy that was the week before. There was also 2 male bathrooms I noted to have their floor drains back up. Might be an issue that's resolved now, but the smell wasn't pleasant.

We have travelled for years and have stayed at numerous all inclusives in Mexico as well as the Dominican Republic and Cuba. We have also tried top notch cruises and have found Couples Swept away by far the best. First of all the beach - the beach is amazing and goes on for miles. Than there is the staff - who were all extremely welcoming. As to the food, it was very good and the selection of liquors varied and top notch. The exercise facility alone is worth the trip with a lap pool, tennis courts as well as tennis clinics, yoga, pilates, jogging track, basketball court and on and on it goes. All activities are included - water skiing, a sunset cruise, snorkelling in either day light or at night. You can't fit it all in in just a short week. We have already decided to return. Next year we will forgo the beach front verandah suite- as all the rooms are nice -and spend the money on a longer stay.

My wife & I spent two amazing weeks at Couples Swept Away in Negril in Aug 2011. We have never seen a beach so beautiful or water so crystal blue in our lives. The staff at CSA were truly amazing, always smiling & always willing to offer advice or assistance if needed. The Hotel grounds were great, very tropical & lush, the work out facilities were by far the best we?ve ever experienced at a hotel. The restaurants were very good & offered a wide variety of dining options. If I had to pick one thing that put Couples Swept Away above any other hotel we stayed at in the past it would have to be all the inclusions. Everything from catamaran cruises & scuba diving to the strict no tipping policy truly helped make our holiday one of the most relaxing getaways we?ve ever been on!

My husband and I spent 8 days at CSA to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. It was so much more than we expected from the time we stepped foot on their property. It is absolutely beautiful and full of lush plant life, gorgeous flowers and little critters. They keep a full schedule of daily activities and fitness classes to give everyone options during their stay. The staff and Entertainment directors are all so much fun and go out of their way to put a smile on your face. We had upgraded our room from a Garden Verandah to a Beach Verandah shortly before leaving. It hadn't been updated in their system when we arrived, but they didn't even ask questions and got us moved right away. I am so glad that we did the upgrade, though. The views outside our room were magical. We had a 1st floor Verandah that led directly to the beach and was perfect for enjoying my coffee/breakfast every morning. The room was maintained twice daily: once in the morning to freshen up the area, stock amenities and make the bed. In the evening a turndown service was provided and fresh towels and any other things that we needed were attended to. The bathroom was plenty big and the shower was a walk in with open glass and a rainfall fixture. The fitness area across the street had a lap pool, huge open area gym, fitness studio, running paths, tennis & basketball courts and a smoothie bar. Also in this area is the onsite spa facility, Oasis Spa. We got an 80-minute couples massage with aromatherapy, which was probably one of the best massages I'd ever had. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and fun to talk to. We used the gym several times and went to yoga in the fitness studio. The visiting yoga instructor, Lisa, was amazing and also did a few classes on the beach. The entertainment and activities CSA plans each day were probably one of the highlights of our stay. Our favorite quickly became beach volleyball, which was played at 11 and 4 each day. Several of the staff members would join in on the games, giving us all laughs and showing us a great time. Adam and Shanita were so much fun and got everyone involved in whatever activity they were part of. Jamal and Alex were also quite the duo and very entertaning. The nightly live music at The Palms, piano karaoke and DJ at Aura were top notch and full of entertainment. The staff always got everyone involved and even taught us some "reggae dances". On Wednesday night, we went to the beach bonfire that was accompanied by amazing acoustic music and was the perfect ending to that day. There was also an evening where they did movies on the beach and had loungers set up for couples to snuggle on with wait staff for drinks and popcorn! During the day there are a ton of watersports available, that are included in the All-Inclusive, so definitely take advantage of that. We really enjoyed the Paddleboards and the views out on the water looking down 7-mile beach are breathtaking. As far as excursions or activities off the premise, we kept so busy with everything CSA had to offer, we only planned things off site for one day, so we filled it up. We started with a 3-hour private cruise that took us up the West coast. We stopped and snorkeled, going through some really cool caves, went to Rick's Cafe for drinks and jumped from the cliffs, saw the Negril Lighthouse, Pirate's Cave and a ton of other cool buildings and sites. Our guides during the cruise were Mohan and Delta, and I would highly recommend them. They were very entertaining and we had one heck of a dance party on the way back in. After returning from our cruise, we left a few hours later for Night Snorkeling, which I HIGHLY recommend. We spent well over an hour with 2 guides finding some of the most amazing sea life. They would dive down and bring things up to us to touch or look at. The highlight was the sea turtle we saw and how close we got to everything! The restaurants on site were all wonderful. Feathers and Lemongrass require a reservation, but it's worth it and not a hassle at all. We had our anniversary dinner at Feathers on our second night and it was TO DIE FOR. They had Lobster on special so I ordered Shrimp & Lobster, my husband had a Filet & Lobster. From the appetizers to the desert, everything was full of flavor and wonderfully prepared. We ate at Lemongrass on our last evening, an Asian cuisine and again was full of flavor and didn't disappoint at all. The Palms and Patois both served amazing food as well and always had a great selection of food each time we dined, whether it was a selected menu or a buffet. For lunch, we ended up at SeaGrapes almost every day. Their menu was Vegetarian, but don't let that sway you, it was definitely one of our favorite spots for snacks and lunch. The fish tacos were amazing, as well as everything else we tried from their menu. They also have a coconut cart each day around lunch time and I for sure didn't miss getting a fresh one cut open to drink from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at CSA and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in going to Jamaica. We were sad to leave, but have already been talking about returning sometime in the next few years. CSA you stole our heart and made our vacation one we will remember forever. Thank you!

We visited Couples Swept Away for our Honeymoon, and the only words I can use to describe this place is Breathtaking! From the moment we got off the airplane in Montego Bay, Jamaica is beautiful. The ride from the airport is about 1hr & 30 mins , but it is definitely a fun experience. The driver was very friendly, and told us the name and a story about each town we drove through. As soon as we reached the property we were blown away by the beauty of the grounds. The pictures on the website DO NOT do it justice!! The nature and the layout of the resort is gorgeous. We immediately felt relaxed and everyone was so welcoming from the moment we arrived. They don't even let you carry your own bags. I reached to carry my bag, and they ensured me they had everything covered. We were greeted by the staff at the front desk, and handed a glass of Champagne ..I wish I could remember all of the names , everyone was Amazing ! Marco, our Bell Hop was very informative and helpful getting us acquainted with the resort. Rayon in the Patois restaurant was super friendly and offered us personalized service each day we were there. Our room was serviced twice a day including the evening we arrived. We met a couple while we were traveling that stayed at the same resort and it seemed the entire staffed realized we were friends. Every time we went anywhere the resort crew was smiling friendly inquisitive to our stay and our friends stay. They say " Welcome Home" when we arrived and we all truly felt that way from all the genuine hospitality given by the Couples team. My husband and I went Paddle boarding , and my husbands wedding band slipped off, and Troy from the water sports area came and dove to find his ring ,and found it for him! Thank god ! Volleyball Shanice from activities was very funny and charming ! She made us laugh each time we saw her. Jamil(?) from Activities got us to play some poolside games , which were soooo fun !! Every meal was delicious and filling ! The bar drinks were strong and continuously flowing ! The beach was more beautiful than any other we've ever seen!! Overall we didn't have anything negative to say about this wonderful beach getaway ! We will definitely be coming back !!! This place does not get the credit it deserves ! ?????? thank you to everyone who made our stay memorable and relaxing !

This all inclusive adult resort is amazing. No children under age eighteen. After flying into Montego Bay the resort pics you up and the travel to your final destination is an hour and half drive. Although a little long of a drive its fantastic so have your camera phone ready. Upon arrival you check in and have to charge $300. 00 on a credit card for any and all incidental stuff you like to purchase. The resort is a cashless environment. Everything is included. All food and all alcohol and soft drinks. The resort has 5 restaurants and they are fantastic. The beach is great with many activities for you and that special someone. Includes scuba, snorkeling, sunset sailing, paddle sailing and much more. The staff is extremely attentive to all your needs. The rooms are great, pools are fun with bar pools and Caribbean drinks are fantastic. I will return to this great resort.

Pools are small and swim up bar not the best but to be honest you would be on the beach anyway. Not all rooms have TVs the more expensive ones near the beach have hammocks but no TV depends what you like. Lots of activities and shuttle to local shopping but not the town just to a local plaza built for tourists and not the real Jamaica. Journey from airport a bumpy 1 and a half hours.
