The front desk guy Denzel made my family and I feel very welcomed he was a total blast funny, respectful and good manners. I got customer service that felt natural and felt like we have known each other. I even got a complimentary bottle of wine from the general manager who wrote an hand written letter to welcome us. The experience was one of the best since traveling. The overall of experience from start to finish was amazing. I felt loved and welcomed living in paradise. Denzel you deserve an A for excellence in customer care.

Have not been to this hotel in over 2 years and we where remembered by some of the staff. We had our grandsons with us who are not good swimmers and the life guard provided them with swimming vests so they could enjoy the pool. They have only the 1 restaurant but the food is as good as any of the outside restaurants or resorts near by.
