I arrived by myself due to my guest having a family medical emergency. It is an adult only resort, not COUPLES ONLY like they keep saying to me. They kicked me onto the streets with nowhere to go. After I already paid for an entire week stay. Refused to give me a refund even though I have paid insurance on my trip. Told me I had to make other arrangements. They embarrassed me in front of hundreds of guests in their lobby for hours. Not a single American came up to speak to me to make sure I was alright which hurt the most. These people are rude and do not care about Americans. They also give a discount to Veteran's then turn around and treat us like crap. Now I'm having to fend for myself in Antigua for the week. Scraping by for food to survive and barely had enough money to pay for yet another hotel. This is absolutely absurd. They refuse to let me speak with anyone and just keep telling me to call the 800 number or email them. Totally unacceptable. I am also a Coral member and have another trip booked. This trip will be canceled ASAP! I will never stay at another Sandals after this. Niko the manager at Sandals Antigua you Sir, well Bless Your Heart!

Ground beach room Beautiful food was okay staff & most employees were rude arrogant & lazy bad attitudes & not willing to help All my travels we r married 51 yrs NEVER experienced staff & employees so lazy and rude Sandals Antigua ????????????skip ????????????????
