Dreams Playa Mujeres is absolutely amazing! My nephew & his fiancé planned their wedding on the beach & invited many guests. It was the perfect ambience for their wedding & their guests. Let me start by commending the excellent bilingual staff for being sensitive to all our needs. I especially want to give a shout out to Concierge Alexis Noriega. I had a small issue & she dealt with it immediately. I cannot thank her enough for her careful attention to all the details. Lucy & Lidia at the beach bar were exceptional with all of us. Always bringing us drinks. And we had also a good time with them. I took a paddle board lesson with Tony. It was my first time. The guests who attended the lesson were able to successfully paddleboard the first time & everyone mastered their balance, thanks to Tony Unfortunately, I do not know the name of my waiter at Maris. He was so attentive. He even warmed my cream. He introduced me to the most delicious eggs I ever tasted, huevos motuleños from the yucatán with plantains & a special sauce & eggs anyway you wanted it (scrambled, over easy, well done,etc) Dreams guests also had access to Secrets next door for adults only. The rooms were quite spacious. We chose a garden view & we loved seeing the countryside. It even had a terrace with a very comfortable lounge bed & tables & chairs & jacuzzi There was also free room service. The resort never felt crowded or congested The beach is beautiful & great temps in both the pools & the beach water. There were 7 pools, a children's pool & hot tubs. So many activities: water aerobics, kayaking, hover craft, pickle ball, archery, climbing the wall, ping pong & so much more. There was even a dolphin station. The food at the restaurants was very good and they even had hibachi. Their ice cream parlor had a good selection of paninis and bakery items. Their World Cafe had a buffet that is so extensive it easily takes 10 minutes to see everything they have. They even had parcha/passion fruit & other exotic fruits. In the tropics there are always mosquitos in the evening. Since I am a seasoned traveler I always carry insect repellent. Not once was I bit. We all had so many laughs & everyone mingled. In summary the wedding guests all expressed a desire to return. I have only touched on several aspects so you must come here for the entire experience. I've been to many all-inclusives in the Dominican Republic & Dreams Playa Mujeres in Cancun is by far my best experience.

Recently visited this hotel, it was amazing and had a great holiday. Alexis at the sealegs swim up bar made our holiday even better with his amazing service. Go to him for the best cocktails!! He spoke to us everyday and made our experience the best. For entertainment, Marcos was good with involving us in every activity and letting us know what entertainment was on every night. Also we were preferred and had breakfast at Maris most days - Antonio served us everyday and was amazing. Would definitely recommend booking the preferred swim up ocean view room. You can use the pool whenever you like and it’s amazing for day and night time. The food at this hotel was really nice and having secrets as an option for restaurants and bars too is a great addition. I would also recommend swimming with the dolphins.

Oh my! Where do I even start? This place is incredible, and the service is phenomenal! I’ve been to all a handful of all inclusive resorts and this one by far is the absolute best! I start my day off at the gym and Enrique is there to greet me with a big welcoming smile, towel, and water bottle. He noticed my bottle was empty and replaced it with a new one without me even asking! He is so kind and friendly. He is there to happily spot you or whatever you need. Only negative thing about the gym is that they are missing a cable cross over machine. No cables at all. One morning I took a bike ride with Tony(I think was his name) and he was great! It was more than just a ride it was educational as well. We had a few stops and he gave me interesting information at each stop. I got lucky and was the only one on the tour! Breakfast at the Buffett is good. Every morning I got a delicious omelet at the omelet station among other food, strawberry jam is yummy! If you are part of the preferred club you get a lazy river. Ricardo and Fernando at the juice bar make delicious drinks with real fruit! Ricardo amazed me with service while I was floating in the river. He came up and asked me if I would like a drink, surprised I said oh yes please and then he tracked me down to place it into my hand and I never even had to get out of the tube. Talk about service! Lazy river is a little too lazy , some spots have no flow and you have to move yourself to go anywhere. Also they only have 10 tubes and they get taken quick, they need more tubes. Then off to the pool! Entertainment staff is fantastic! I was running late to paddle boarding and Carlos was already out of the pool with the board and he got back in for me to try paddle boarding. What a nice guy! Jackie is soooo full of positive energy, she’s so happy and loving life. The whole staff makes you feel like family. They remembered my name after participating in one activity. I feel bad for not remembering all their names. Jackie comes up and hugs me all excited when she sees me like we’ve been friends forever! I love it. At anytime I get hungry before 6 I can head to tides and order a shrimp quesadilla or a variety of food togo while in my bathing suit! After 6 the Mexican restaurant has tacos in front that you can just get Togo if you want and they are some of the best tacos !!! They are so good! All the restaurants are great with great service and with great food! I’m definitely going back home five to ten pounds heavier. The drinks are delicious as well! The night entertainment is hit or miss. I was very unimpressed with the one magic show but then enjoyed the next one. The absolute best show was the acrobat show. Those guys belong in Vegas ! If you come definitely make sure to watch that! Hopefully they book the same show every week because that was amazing ! 90 percent of the wait staff here are HAPPY to be here. They act like they love their job and are happy to serve you. I’m a difficult person who always makes changes to the way it comes on the menu and they happily take care of me. WiFi works very well all over the resort including the beach! The app is great, you can order all your needs through it. Need a toothbrush? Or extra towel? Order it on the app! Staff is extremely responsive to any problems. Though I could have put it though maintenance on the app I just didn’t . People ask daily here if you are enjoying your stay and ask if there has been any problems at all. I just mentioned that my bathroom door was scrapping the wall and it was fixed before I got back to the room. I ordered a toothbrush on the app but didn’t know the do not disturb button was lit and the friendly guy in charge of stuff found me at the beach and asked if it was okay if they delivered the toothbrush. They do a fantastic job of keeping out unwanted pests. I haven’t seen a single trash panda while here. Not even a single mosquito bite!!! I don’t know how they do it ! Honestly I can’t say enough good things. While this place is pricy it is worth it. I absolutely love it and will have to come back.

Amazing resort. Service is next level here with Jackie helping us with all entertainments. Pools brilliant, food is exceptional and entertainment is different every day which is nice to experience. We’ll definitely be coming here again!

At every turn the employees were there to enhance our experience. It was a beautiful locations and the facilities were great but the employees are what brought it to life.
