Visited location for a wedding. Just came as a couple and didn’t bring the kids along. The kids area did look pretty cool if we had brought ours along. If traveling adults only I recommend the preferred club. It doesn’t seem to be worth if it traveling with a family though since many of the upgrades are for adults only. Food was good and service was excellent. The elevators were frustratingly slow most days. It seemed like one was always staged on the 9th floor for staff. Only “complaint” was how the ac units would leak and cause the ceiling paint to crumble onto the floor. Happened to others in our party and us twice even after making significant adjustments to push the temperature up as high as we could tolerate. The beach is small but the seating is comfortable and was still a great view.

Overall great Customer service and experience . I would definitely return and recommend to others. The food and drinks were also great

Enjoyed our trip with Dreams Vista in Cancun, we stayed in the family suite which was very spacious and having 2 almost adult kids having the extra room and bathroom was a big bonus, also there was enough room for everyone, the food was amazing with great quality and a lot of variety

It’s a medium size hotel. Overall the hotel wasn’t too busy during our stay and service was good. But the main issue is the wind. Apparently hotel is located at a corner that strong winds go through it . During 8 days stay everyday the red flag was up due to high winds. The main pool wasn’t pleasant at all due to the wind. The hotel structure is narrow , if you have the balcony door open at the same time of the main door , there will be a strong pocket of wind coming through. We had no idea, this happened and the closet door detached and hit my son face. We are so lucky nothing serious happened. But this impacted our overall experience . I wouldn’t stay here again only because of this wind issue . The kids club wasn’t entertaining either and kids didn’t stay at all.

The events and activities staff, specifically Ruby was fantastic. We love Ruby! Everything else was great as well. Good food, beautiful views, and friendly staff. 24/7 room service was a perk we used multiple times and it was fun meeting other couples at the bars.
