Moon Palace The Grand Cancun is the newest addition to the Palace family. Moon Palace The Grand Cancun presents a unique resort within a resort offering access to ten restaurants, nine pools, seven bars and one of the biggest spas in the area; Awe Spa.
Stay at 1, Play at 5 - Guests of Moon Palace the Grand Cancun have access to the services and amenities of select sister resorts including Beach Palace, Moon Palace Cancun, Playacar Palace and Sun Palace.

Fourth time's the charm!

Visited The Grand once again, this time for 10 nights. As always, we had an awesome time. First, with our diamond concierge, Lilia. She was on top of everything, accommodated our requests and always there to assist us! Shout out also to Fernando at the diamond pool. We've known him from our previous visits, and always, always received top-notch service, and with a smile. I would also like to mention other staff members who provided excellent service: Golf cart drivers - Alfredo, Daniel, Roque, Israel, Lauro. Bellboy - Domingo. Habibi - Metztili. Libary bar - Metztili. Pool servers - Gerardo and Dennis. Jade server - Kevin. Sommelier - Maricarmen, and Walter. Unique - Carlos, Danita, Allison and Loida. Habibi breakfast - Angela. The Grill - Rene and Juan Carlos. Caribeno - Carlos. Agra - Manuel. Los Tacos - Omar. Cusco dinner - Fernanda and Leonardo. Riviera Maya breakfast and lunch - Carlos and Francisco. And other pool concierge - Esmeralda, Cristina, Juan. All these people made our fourth visit to The Grand just pure grand!

We experience great service at the Moon Grand from these incredible staff. Irais Azucena Castro Avila concierge at the Diamond Center, Gilbert Rodrigues the Elite Center driver, Paola Jacoma Garcia at masseuse at the Awe Spa, Guillermo manager at Habibi, Dayana from mani/pedi, Francisco, Yesica, Carlos and Ricardo at the Diamond pool outside building 87. These staff should be commended and rewarded. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit because of them.
