Jose is great server in Maxal Restaurant. The food was great and they explained the menu what I can order due to my list of allergies. I ordered chicken skewers which they were good. I highly recommended making reservations at least 48hours prior to arrival . They accept walkins after 9pm depends on the availability and the day .

Great service by Jose at Maxal! Best service at the Hilton Mar Caibo. He was prompt and gave great suggestions with food and drinks. Maxal is a fantastic restaurant and we highly recommend it! Ask for Jose and he will give you an experience to remember!

Had a great week in the sun! Pool service and entertainment was great! Especially Arturo!!! He knows how to put on a show! Very friendly and kind. He knows to get people involved in everything! Him and his team do great work entertaining people by the pool and night shows!

The Hilton Cancún Mar Caribe is a beautiful resort in a great location, and very close to anything you need. The beach is beautiful and just a staircase away from the pool section of the resort. There’s flags up for where you can swim in the ocean, and usually only one section is open but it’s pretty wide and that’s how it is at most resorts. All restaurant are amazing, my friends and I especially loved the Noriku restaurant, and did both the dine-in and Teppanyaki. The Teppanyaki was such a great experience, as you see a fun show in front of you and get amazing food while watching. The buffet also always has great choices of food. There were so many very kind staff members, the names we remember are Enrique, and Juan Carlos. There was also a man with ‘Paradise’ tattooed on his neck who was super nice and spent a while getting to know us which made us feel welcomed, we’re pretty sure his name was Julio. There’s many other people but we just didn’t get their names either unfortunately! We also were greeted so kindly by Miguel every day in the lobby, he was such an amazing guy! The pool area is beautiful with many different pools and a waterpark for kids. During the day, the entertainment team did an amazing job of keeping up the energy of everyone. It’s good to scan the QR code on your bracelet to make sure you don’t miss anything, since there’s new activities almost every hour. There’s many people in the team who made our trip so much better, the first are Kax and Carlos. Kax was very kind and thoughtful, and even took time to show us magic tricks with cards which was super cool! Carlos was also very kind and full of energy, and is fun to play pool volleyball with! Wisky, Arturo, Betty, Bruno, and DJ Jesus are also on the team and work so hard to make sure everyone is happy. Every day was fun and unique because of the team! Overall this is a great place for a relaxing vacation. The staff is very kind, and the cleaners even left us treats because we left them some Canadian snacks. We even had a free fitness session with one of the personal trainers in the gym, who was full of great energy and motivated us to push ourselves. The resort is pretty quiet after about 11:00pm, so it’s perfect for families. If you’re looking for more night life, Coco Bongo is a 10 minute taxi or bus ride away and is super fun, we recommend it! Overall great stay and would visit here again!

Jose from Maxal was phenomenal. Courteous , friendly and so savvy about the menu! The menu offered a wide variety of options for all, unlimited guacamole and margaritas cannot get better than that. They even had a tequila rolling bar brought to you table for shots, I dared to try a grasshopper!!!! Truly enjoyed our visit.
