This was our first time staying at the Hilton and it was absolutely amazing! The property is beautiful and the staff are incredible! Eduardo, at the check in counter, went above and beyond for my family. The Kids Club was the highlight of the trip for our 5-year old! Caro, Angie, Dani, Arge, Nath, Ale were wonderful with the kids! The activities were so much fun for the kids and included everything from a Pirate treasure hunt, to pizza making,face painting, & so many cool art projects. They remembered my daughter and warmly welcomed her every time she showed up. This club was a game changer and is the main reason we’ll be back. The food at the resort was good. The taco bar and hamburger stand at the pools were great! We ate at Sanun (Asian fusion)twice for lunch and it was really fresh. La Luce(Italian) was great for dinner. They have really good pizzas and pasta. The buffet was great for breakfast and lunch. Maxal, the Mexican food restaurant, was a little disappointing. The tacos were pretty gamey and the beef had bone in them which we aren’t fans of. Their 3Leches cake was delicious though. We didn’t try the steak restaurant because we didn’t have pants for my husband, but people we spoke to seemed to like it The activity directors at the pool were great. Diego, Frank, and the rest of the team went all out every day and everyone had a great time. Great resort for families or people looking for a relaxing vacation with not too much crazy partying.

sandy made our experience spectacular - timely, made jokes, very accommodating. food was good too, guacamole was excellent. we loved all our servers - shoutout to juan, teresa, francisco as well. service was excellent and highlight of our trip. hope to come back, loved our experience

muy bien. sandy is an amazing server. she was super fun and inviting. we were eating a lot and drinking a lot. it was a great time, we have a lot of fun . swimming was fun and we had a lot of good conversations. even when i was tired i had a great time with the servers like sandy

We had such a nice and relaxing family time at this Hilton. At first glance, there was some wear and tear on the property, but, the cleanliness met my expectations. The staff were constantly cleaning around the property. Cynthia and a few other ladies cleaning on the 7 th floor, went above and beyond. She would mop our floors each day and kept our rooms feeling very clean, thank you, Cynthia. The Kids Club staff were all so kind. They treated our daughter so well and made her want to return each day. Danielle was very helpful with explaining hours and what activities were coming up. Thank you, Danielle. My husband and I participated in a few group fitness classes with Javier that were top notch! It made us feel great, after each workout. He was so fun and challenged us. We would recommend that you attend as many group classes as possible! Thank you, Javier!

The hotel was pretty new and the crews there were great and kind. The area was clean and crews were always cleaning the area. The entertainment member Frank was great. He made the bracelet for my son and he loved it! I will definitely go back again! It was little too windy when I was there
