Perfect experience, we got a special dinner with our family, and the service was perfect. Food delicious and drinks, boozing. They decorated the place quite beautiful and we spend a very good moment. We ended quite satisfied and with desire to come back for more

A late review for our stay in mid March. We booked the Sunscape Club room, excellent value for the room, lounge and beach chairs and dedicated restaurant. Initially placed in the wrong room, had to wait two days to move, then had water come leak from the bathroom ceiling which required a second move, sigh.( my spouse received a free spa massage as compensation).The resort's breakfast and lunch are good, but the al carte meals(only two choices) were very inconsistent. Staff was very, very attentive and professional. The place itself is starting to show its age and needs to have some money spent by the Hyatt group to bring it up to date. Beach is lovely. Good value if you can get the right price.

Simply an amazing trip! We had the greatest time! The newly created space for the members is so inviting and cozy. Josue Angel and Pedro are great hosts. Pedro makes amazing drinks. Jesus from preferred pool area has helped us many time with accommodations of the loungers. Our son (3yo) really enjoyed the pool and the slides. Despite not being able to swim in the ocean because of super strong currents and deep sea phenomena, we had a great vacation.

Thank you to all the people that work in Sunscape they make me feel like home. The location is very good. The beaches are forever but the ocean is very aggressive an difficult to swing

I had the best trip at the Sunscape Dorado. The weather was fantastic and I can’t wait to go back again just for the people.Jesus, Antonio, Alfredo were the best ! Can not say enough about them ! Jesus went beyond my expectations to make my trip an amazing experience!
