Title says it, resort is a little dated but clean. Food at most restaurants was fine not great but mostly buffet so expectations not too high. Service at the restaurant could be better. Overall good vibes and enjoyable.

The jerk chicken man is the best food on the resort, unfortunately. Even hibachi did not taste good (but they put on a great show). If you are looking for fun you have to leave the resort. Only Freestyle and a couple others kept the guests entertained. The room is very beautiful and comfortable though and most of the staff were friendly.

We had an amazing honeymoon at Secrets Wild Orchid, Montego Bay, Jamaica. 20 mins from the airport, lovely staff at the resort who were friendly and helpful. We were in the preferred club junior swim up suite, which came with butler service included. Our two butlers, Kenton and Betty, were fantastic and made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We enjoyed the buffet food served at breakfast and lunch, and the restaurants available for dining in the evenings were great too. Room service is 24/7 but we found the choice of items a little limited. We had one negative experience on our last day when we went to visit the onsite gift shops, they were having a managers meeting and signs said they would be done at 2pm. It was already 2pm when we arrived and everytime we asked (3 times) we were told they were "nearly done, 10 mins", "just wrapping up" and "almost done, just 10 more mins". In total they took over an hour and then were not apologetic, instead one person made comments that we were whining about the wait time and another was laughing about it. As part of the honeymoon experience, we enjoyed some complimentary spa treatments alongside treatments we paid for. We enjoyed the spa so much that we went back and enjoyed more treatments on another day. Overall, we had a great honeymoon and enjoyed our stay in Jamaica.

Very nice and fun resort, except for taking over 3 years hours to get dinner on muliple occasions from the time of placing order to receiving your order.

Secrets Wild Orchid did not dissappoint. We stayed in the Preferred Club with Butler service which was fantastic. My next stay I will not get butler service as everyone is so helpful and a butler is not needed in my opionion. can not wait to return
