Best experience and hotel stay to date!! First stay in Nashville and it was wonderful. When asked what brought us to Nashville, my boyfriend explained it was for my birthday weekend. Nevie at the front desk went above & beyond for us! She allowed us to have early check in (not expected!), upgraded us to a city view room, & delivered a birthday surprise containing fudge & a bottle of Prosecco.

This hotel is perfect when you want to visit Broadway. It’s 3 blocks from Broadway, much closer than most. The concierge lounge was fantastic as well; breakfast and the evening appetizer spread was worthy of dinner most the nights. Rooms were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. This is my spot when visiting Nashville

My husband called ahead and let them know it was our anniversary weekend and they went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We had a view of the city. And shortly after arriving, strawberries and champagne were delivered! 5 stars!!!!

Attended a national meeting of a couple hundred attendees at this property in April 2024. The hotel did a fantastic job of food/beverage/AV for the conference. The room was well-appointed for the price and quite comfortable. All staff interactions were pleasant and helpful. Would stay here again.

You can get an early check in, but it will cost you. My wife and I reserved one of a block of rooms set aside for a friend’s wedding. The hotel website says check in is at 4:00pm. The wedding is at 5:00pm and not at the hotel. So we need to check in, dress and get to the venue. I called the hotel to ask for an early check in. The front desk response is we can’t guarantee an early check in unless you purchase one. It is apparent that this hotel wants to squeeze you for every dime they can get. Stay elsewhere. Someplace where the expression guest services means something more than squeeze the guests for every nickel.
