Toook my wife away for Mothers day weekend. had a wonderful time. Room, Resturants and staff were wonderful. Cannot wait to go back

I have made the Cove at Atlantis my warm-weather vacation venue for 9 of the last 11 years (only interrupted in 2020 and 2021 when I traveled nowhere because of the pandemic). It will be my May destination again in 2025 because it is that good!

Huge place, too fancy and way too big, good for Americans. You feel lost in every corner you turn, everywhere you look it's too much. Amazing in a way... I guess

The resort did not have wheelchair accessible room available per reservation confirmation upon arrival; You have to rent adaptive equipment separate when using resort amenities. The accessible bathroom seat was a huge fail risk as the seat tilted down and there were no grips on the sleek tile floor of the shower. The handheld shower did not reach to the shower chair. Don’t get me started on the lack of private and resort wheelchair transportation.

Very disappointed. 2nd time visiting and everything this time was subpar. Rooms are outdated and need to be updated. Our room had many issues, even after Management changed the room. TVs did not work, which is a primary source of information and scheduling room services etc. Toilet would not flush. Both issues identified as “technical difficulties “ Overall the hotel cleanliness is not up to par. . Many staff seem bothered when you ask for something or literally take forever to address a concern even after being reminded. Ate at Nobu and the cost was ridiculously expensive for average food. Expect to pay top $ for average food and service. Overall management will make many excuses and apologies but nothing to really address your concerns. We had constant construction noise (drilling and hammering) and it took 2 days for them to agree to move us. Mind you to a room where the toilet did not work. So sorry we stayed here. Called Marriott and they referred us back to management here. Had to call Marriott Corporate office to get ball rolling on a formal complaint (Video, Audio and photos) Go somewhere else if you expect quality.
