Ate at La Luce. Servers were Rodrigo Alejandro and he did a FANTASTIC job!! Great service very respectful and very friendly! Food tasted great and was delivered in a very timely manner by the chef himself. Highly recommend eating here, fantastic experience!

Yair was the most accommodating bar tender and tried to come up with cocktails that suited your taste. Even made a signature drink for me and gave it my name!! Loved this bar with the pool table that double as our LRC game board! Would def come back!

The bartenders were super kind and friendly and made it such an amazing experience for us! All staff members were very nice and helpful. This hotel has some of the best staff members I’ve ever met and I would recommend this hotel to anybody interested in visiting Mexico.

The hotel was wonderful!!! The buffet and all restaurants exceeded expectation's. Our servers at the buffet were Itzel and Isela, these two were amazing servers and so sweet to me and my fiancé. Make sure to ask for them. Also excellent were Angel and Maria in La Luce Italian, Jaqueline was our wonderful server in the lobby bar. I cannot say enough how helpful the entire Hilton team was. We love the views from everywhere in the hotel including our balcony. Hilton is a must see.

The service throughout the resort was very good! Israel helped us with renting the kayaks and he was amazing! Sergio in La Luce was the best and so was Fede and Jorge at Cocomar - where we ate like 5 times. Ricardo in Vela was also helpful and kind! Alexander in SeaSalt was beyond amazing too, he was so great! The food was great at each of the restaurants. Our only complaint about the resort was that it can be very loud and often difficult to find a quiet place to relax or rest! They play DJ party music by the pool and at the adults only pool bar. We wish there had been someplace a bit more relaxing. We got a deep tissue couples massage at the spa and it was a great experience, although pricey. Overall we had a great experience for our honeymoon there. They had to move our room part way through because it was loud even at night, being right above the pool bar. This took a few hours, but they got it figured out for us. The rooms were fairly clean, although the showers make a mess and get water all over the ground - leaving the ground somewhat grimey in the bathroom. We had no real issues with the cleanliness though. The north tower does seem cleaner and brighter than south.
