Excellent from start to finish. Carlos went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Jose was also incredibly helpful with our many requests. We were truly blown away by the customer service provided and the overall vibe at Secrets. I hope they add more private cabanas with pools, those were reserved really quickly, but even the private cabanas without the pool were so worth it. We can’t wait to come back!

I was staying at the Dreams Vallarta but got a VIP Pass to visit the Secrets Vallarta (Adult Resort) side. It is much calmer than Dreams Vallarta because there are no kids, there are 2 pools (bit smaller ones). The breakfast buffet had a bit more options on the Secrets side and the alcoholic drinks are premium quality. There is daily entertainment in the lobby at night but not much different than the Dreams side. One would expect that for an adult resort, there will be more nightly entertainment. There are two additional restaurants on the secrets side: Bordeax (French) and Oceania (See Food). I didn't have the chance to try them.

Great place to stay, staff is amazing and great location! Close to downtown so you can enjoy the sites. Great food and drinks!

Truly a great experience. Started the trip with the best bellman Axel. He greeted us with champagne and walked us to our check in which was the premiere rooms (highly recommend!) Our butler Jose and his team Hector and Erika made the stay comfortable, safe and so much fun! The entertainment staff were energetic & SO great with making our time really unforgettable. I went to shoot a wedding so I didn’t bring my kids, but my friends did and they were so accommodating and sweet. Food was yummy, staff was amazing. Definitely going back with my family!

My family and I had such a lovely trip. We stayed for a little less than a week and had such a hard time leaving. The entire staff was so kind and helpful throughout the trip. There were a ton of different restaurant options and the pools were amazing. The rooms were very comfortable. They turned them down every night before bed (my favorite!). Carlos and the staff went out of their way to celebrate our engagement! They decorated and surprised us with sweet treats and champagne. We felt so special. Can’t wait for our next trip back!
