Staff was often unfriendly. Food was disappointing. You need to make reservations for restaurants, and there were some we could not get into- even booking days ahead. There hundreds of unsupervised teens from schools in Peru. That made everything take longer. There was only one show the whole week we were there and those don’t happen till 10:00 PM. Everything costs extra to do- bowling, pool tables, mini golf, water slides…the beach was lovely though. Also be careful what excursions you get- sometimes you get the bare minimum of what they advertise. Sure, you get to snorkel, but it’s in a 30ft roped off section of sea that only had one kind of fish, and all the people were squished in.

Overall 10/10 The only lacking area is the food, and the drinks are not incredible. But, the discos and casinos are huge, and the activities and variety of sports are phenomenal. The people you met due to the size of the resort were very diverse. The staff is 50/50, some are amazing, and some just seem bored. Overall, one/the best resorts i have tried out of the 8 Punta Cana resorts i have tried so far,

We had an amazing time! Resort is lovely, staff are friendly and food was good! Pools and beach were good and there are plenty of activities to keep you amused. We loved the Carey bar for chilling out in the evening!

All common areas lack air conditioning including dining areas. Personnel has no hospitality training so service in below poor. Food service in buffet area is terrible, awful taste, unappealing, not enough personnel to serve water, hand you a fork, take away the dirty dishes. And because AC is out, you sweat and don’t get to enjoy the little few things that could be good. Thematic restaurants are terrible. Reservation system is useless. Once you arrive to the restaurant is total chaos. Two nights in a row I dined in the steak house Santa Fe. It took 30 minutes before only 3 copies of the menu were brought to the table. It then took 30 more minutes for orders to be taken. 30 additional minutes for food to be served and only 6 of 10 of those at the table got their food. The other 4 had to wait 30 more minutes to get their food. No wine was offered and served at all. We had brought a single bottle of wine and it took 40 minutes for a cork screw to be brought to us to open it. Bar service does not control alcohol dispensing to minors, so you get to see many teen agers drunk all around the place. The upscale bar in the main building kicked us out with the personnel at the bar telling us it was closing time and turning all lights off. In sum this place is a disaster and a sinkhole for your money. Don’t ever come here.

I won't recommended to get premium level because you won't get what you pay for. You will get the same as any other level or you will end paying more money and for this I rather go to a different resort; hope you change this because the location and resort is one of the best.
