Average. I expected more than what I got.But The bartender Murfi was excellent at xhale lounge. The fact that we were able to access Dreams Onyx water park area was nice. The beach area was nice too. Very clean out by the beach. You do have to wake up early to even get a nice shaded area.

Abraham made our visit extra special, he went above and beyond to meet our needs. Beautiful resort great variety of restaurants, and very good drinks. Highly recommend Xhale Club !!

First trip to an AI and it was underwhelming. Huge communication issues since we don't speak Spanish. We were given ZERO info on how to get around the resort or room service, house keeping, mini bar, shows, events, etc. Food was mediocre at best other than Silk City (hibachi) and Spumante (Italian). Our room was basic, we had a swim up but not Xhale...think Motel 6...so we got soda, juice and the 1 beer (Presidente) they offer at this resort. The beds were comfy. The alcohol choices were very low end and brands I've never heard of. They only have a clear tequila and it was terrible, I couldn't even shoot it and somewhat enjoy it. It all tasted watered down unless you got the 1st pour from a bottle you saw them open (got Beam on the rocks and it was watery - next night got the same from a new bottle and it was normal). The pools were beautiful and enjoyable! The party pool was a lot of fun when they had activities going on. The larger/Oasis pool had plenty of chairs when we needed them and never seemed over crowded. No food service at the pool though, you have to go get it yourself from Barefoot. Not a deal breaker but expected more personalized service. They had yoga or water aerobics at the larger pool which looked fun. The entertainment staff was fantastic as far as interacting with the guests. Always trying to get you to join in the fun (aerobics, dancing, etc). The beach was ok, nothing special. There is a lot of coral or rock so be cautious. Didn't see many chairs for lounging either. At night there is some kind of show then a DJ or music of some sort and then it dies about 11pm or so. People from Dreams next door kept asking about glow parties & foam parties but we never saw any of that and the app never showed us any of it. There was nothing we saw posted anywhere we walked around either. When we tried to ask staff about pretty much anything they didn't seem to understand and would point at something unrelated or smile and walk away.

Beautiful resort, great entrainment, nice rooms, great staff except at the front desk. The booking and reservation process and confusion is one of the main reason I would not stay here again, if I'm paying my money I expect nothing but the best and that is definitely not what I got.

Lovely girls trip! We stayed in the Xhale Club and the amenities were top notch. Food was great and so were the drinks. Our host Willy was great and was very attentive the entire trip. One call and Willy was on the way catering to our every need! The entertainment team was awesome and knew how to get everybody out of their seats. Highly recommend Breathless for their outstanding service and employees.
