Very few staff were friendly and welcoming. If you had a question or needed help, most were annoyed. Had to ask almost everyday to have fridge refilled with water even after leaving several tips. Received turn down service 1 out of 7 nights - making it almost suspicious as to why someone went in the room that night and not the others. Food was basic and not many options if you’re vegetarian - was the same repetitive dishes. The level gave no priority service - everything still costed more money and anyone and everyone was in the « level only » areas. To participate in the tapenyaki a la carte cosr 60$ usd! Want a « premium » beer (corona) $6usd. Unsure why we paid extra money when we still received the same service and access as everyone else.

Everything about this resort from day one absolutely perfect. Our Host Any Liriano greeted us at the lobby. She explained the property, walked us to our room and was attentive to all our needs. Definitely looking forward to going back Maggie

This vacation was greatly appreciated! As parents of a baby and teen we needed the alone time to reconnect! We were welcomed by Carlos who was our contact person for the duration of our trip, he helped coordinate memorable experiences for us. Carlos made the room as romantic as it could be for us with a flower petal trail, ??bath and wine! We will definitely be returning! I recommend making reservations in advance for all of your dinners. We were tuned down for not making a reservation, although the buffets are typically open, now we know for next time. I enjoyed a nice massage, literally the best one I have ever had! Very much a highlight of my trip (couples massage) ! The music and entertainment was good, we just winged it in the evenings. Our trip was perfect for us and met our expectations.

Great recommendations for dinner, the room was always very clean. And anytime I needed something I could just text Alam and he helped out. The food was very good too. It was convenient having golf carts to be able to get around the big resort. 10/10

The moment we got off the airport bus we felt we were in a special place. The entire resort was magical and was made even more so by the staff. Each and every one we encountered were spectacular. In particular, Jenfry deJesùs was incredible. He made all the arrangements for daily activities, restaurants and just places to hang out. Most nights we finished our day on the rooftop bar where again the staff were outstanding. I could write a book but without going on too far I will mention two other very special people. Our housekeeper (who told me she had 5 bambinos) was a wonderful lady. She was meticulous about cleaning our room every day and she had a wonderful sense of humor. The other person I need to mention is Christina who was the hostess at the Quimera Restaurant. We ate breakfast there every day and Christina chatted with us each day and by the end of the week had gotten to know us as well as our daughters ( who were still in Canada.
