I love this place! To start, Miguel in the lobby is the MAN! He was so kind to us and he told us all the fun stuff in the resort to do! The resort is absolutely beautiful and all of the service staff is amazing! The food is one of the best out of any resort I’ve been to in this area and kusko is a favorite. Our butler was Yolenny and she was fantastic. She even surprised us with a romantic setup in our room one day. Yeyro and sandy at the bars are so much fun to be around and Jose and Gabriel in the main lobby bar are so nice and professional. The staff looks very happy and they look that they are having just as much fun as us! Definitely coming back!

This was our 3rd year we had an amazing time Noriells. Was wonderful always there what we needed. Loved the drawn bath our last night great touchThank you Norellas. It is always a pleasure to see you. You are my favorite butler. I would like to give a special thank you to eury as welll he was always there with my ice thank you.

TRS is great! This is my second time here and the staff is excellent always trying to make sure you have everything you need. Our butler, Norielise was AMAZING! She checked in with us every day to make sure we had everything we wanted, told us all of the activities available to us, booked dinner reservations and even left us a surprise when we came back from dinner! She filled the room with rose petals, ran us a bubble bath and chilled champagne for us. Very romantic and relaxing. Couldn't have had a better time! 100% will stay again!

Love TRS Resort. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Many choices for dining. There is a bit of Problem with some of the staff with English but all is good. We had a wonderful butler Randy that we’ve had now for the two years and he is awesome in getting our dinner reservations and meeting all of our needs when we asked. Wonderful vacation yet again at this resort. Highly recommend it!

We stayed at TRS Turquesa Hotel Adults Only from 5/11-5/15/24 and had an amazing experience. The hotel/property is beautiful, luxurious, and clean. The staff are so kind, helpful, and accommodating and have an impressive work ethic. We chose a swim up room which was totally worth the extra cost since you have direct access to your own private pool 24/7. We loved waking up in the morning and having coffee and breakfast by our pool. Cleaning staff came to our room daily. The main pool with the swim up bar was really nice and clean and it never felt crowded. The drinks/cocktails were delicious. There was daily entertainment like dancing lessons that were a lot of fun to participate in. The main pool closes at 6p, however, there is another pool called the secret pool which closes at midnight and has a bar next to it. The beach is breathtaking-turquoise water and powder sand. There are different shops and vendors to the right of the beach and so be prepared to be approached by the owners/employees of these various shops/vendors trying to sell you their excursions/souvenirs etc. We did set up a parasailing excursion which was so much fun. The Burlesque show at Chic restaurant was really well put together and tastefully done and so I would recommend trying to catch a show-it's reservation only. The one con that we had was the food at the restaurants and buffets was not great, in fact it was so bland and had no taste whatsoever. You are better off ordering food from the grill by the main pool and beach-the burgers, grilled chicken, and churrasco options were delicious. We also enjoyed the food we had ordering from room service.
