Best sleep ever. Pillows fluffy, beds comfortable. Showers are relaxing. View is amazing. Room service was excellent. All around amazing place. Hydro massage was a neat experience. Staff was very nice. Wilbreath is the best bartender. Food is great.

Fantastic place for friends and couples, not so much for families. We stayed in the XHale section and it was well worth the upgrade, if only to be able to see Lydia at the XHale Club during the evenings. All of the bar staff and pool teams treated us well but special shout outs to Sonia, Carla and Lydia (mentioned above) and an extra special shout out to their manager: Alexander Colunga who ensured that we were treated like royalty. If you are lucky enough to meet him, tell him that Goku says hello! Valeria and Valeria (yes, there's 2!) in the XHale Club were also welcoming and helped us with our flights back. Whilst we had a great time and will be returning again, there is some constructive feedback that we would like to give and hope will also serve to help others considering staying here: 1. The wait times for dinner are quite long - you will usually be given a buzzer and told to come back after 30-45 minutes (the buzzer rarely goes off). As the buffet is not open during the evening, the restaurants get busy and full quickly. Opening the buffet in the evening would ease demand - even if it were a reduced menu. 2. There are a shortage of sun loungers so you will need to get up early to grab one but if left unattended for a while, the loungers are cleared away. This should probably be made clearer - maybe a sign on the towel station?

Javier is the best bartender ever. Loved the hibachi. Great facility and the best staff. Amazing experience. Beds were comfortable. Room was amble. We stayed in a beautiful room with a pool. Peaceful and quiet when we wanted to take a break from the beach. Everyone that works at the resort is extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

This Resort was amazing. Big shoutout to Alejandro & Cesar at the pizza bar. They made our trip 100 times better. Amazing service and had us in great spirits the whole time. I tried other bars but nothing was close as good as the pizza bar. Definitely recommend

Alejandro and Lupe were so much fun and made delicious drinks!! They made our time fantastic! Highly recommend having Alejandro make you a Mexican Candy drink. He makes them the best! And Cesar is the best pizza maker there is! The Hawaiian pizza was soooo yummy! And he made a special pepperoni and jalapeño pizza for us as well!
