$24 for a bag of chips. Everyone trying to scam you. Hotel is small and boring. Ocean is cesspool of urine. Just stagnant ocean water. Was like a toilet bowl. Pictures show much different than the resort itself. Very boring at night time. I sat at the pool by myself every day and no one around to talk to. You can’t even walk the beach. It’s all blocked In by rocks. It’s literally a toilet bowl. I don’t recommend to stay here

This was my second time at a Dreams resort, and realized from this resort not all dreams are up to the same standards. I did do preferred again and to be honest this is the first time I can say, it was not worth it. You do not get a butler, the 7th floor lounge just had buffet food and it was out of the way. The preferred pool some days was just as loud as the other pool. The hostess at the oceania seemed bothered when we would come in. This was a resort that had no problems saying no. I have never been to a resort where they do not fill your fridge with drinks unless asked (nor give you the chips or chocolate), so I was disappointed when we just checked into our room and went to get a beer there was none. Phoned it in and it was warm beer. Now this is not really a problem but we are paying alot of money for these rooms. Once I even phoned in, asked for beer, and he brought the beer I asked for chips and chocolate he asked are you even preferred guest? I said yes he said well I would have to go get it than and just stared at me. Ok forget it than? and he did. I know everyone works hard, so did I to pay for this room and I tip very well! I would ask for corona, NO but they really did have it. I would ask for glass of chardonnay, and they said no a few times. The drinks made with that fake syrup was really bad. It would be nice if they had small sandwiches at the cafe into the night for snack instead of just dessert. I saw many people ask for that. The room was cleaned but not the floors. On our second day we even asked to borrow the broom after the room was "cleaned" it was really bad how much we swept up. This resort has lots of Weddings, staff here will ask you to move out of the water or beach area so you do not wreck the pictures. It’s not for long and usually at the end of afternoon but this place is not really big enough for it all. Now for the good stuff, people are kind who work here. Theresita at oceania and Ari on 7th floor were exceptional. Jorge at the front, getting suitcases, he was the best he helped us out so much and was the only one who could answer our questions. The beach isn’t that bad it's doable. The guys worked hard everyday to clean out the swimout pools and they were really kind! The food is fine, not as good as last dreams but good enough! Going outside of the resort was amazing! SO if you have booked you will be fine, if you have not booked this place but find it for super cheap, it is fine. Whoever is in charge of this place is really cheap is all. But this resort made me re-think Dreams as my go to.
