Best resort for families. Service- Top notch. No issues. Food- the a la carts were amazing! Kids- the shows, the snacks, waterpark, pools and especially the kids kingdom- the staff were wonderful with our child. We will be coming back again! Thanks for the wonderful week

We stayed at the nikte junior suite and had our own personal concierge Eduardo Gamboa. He was the best ever. We can’t thank him enough. He reserved restaurants for us and made changes when we needed to. He is always available when you need him. Without him we would have been stressed out. We went for our sons birthday and Eduardo was soo kind enough to give us a cake for his birthday. Our son was so happy. I love Paradisus so much. The pools and activities to the staff are all great. We are only able to eat seafood or halal and Eduardo also made sure he let the managers know before we ate at the restaurants which was so helpful. This was our second time staying at this hotel. First time was in 2016 and now 2024 with two kids. We would love to go back again soon.

Great resort! Family friendly, kids had a blast. Our favorite restaurant was the Lunch Box. Carmen, Martha, and Selina were the best hosts. We did the family photo shoot which ended up coming out great. Pools are always nice and clean. Would definitely recommend for a family with children.

Yessenia and Yadira were amazing with our boys and leveraged technology/apps to reach us if our kids needed us or became tired or cranky. We only used kidsdom around dinner time to experience the adult only dinners and we did a test run for an hour and our boys loved the toys and care they received. We then went for the 2hr dinners thereafter knowing our kids were in great hands. I would definitely revisit the resort due to this amenity. Thank you kidsdom and Yessenia , Yadira!
