Having been to Mexico 5 times previously i came with high hopes and was not disappointed. The hotel was well maintained, room spacious and again very clean with a freshly stocked mini bar daily. The view from the balcony wasn't the greatest but we didn't spend much time in the room other than to get ready, preferring to spend the days next to the infinity pool where the service and sunbed availability was fantastic. Really enjoyed all the specialty restaurants but the French was definitely our favourite and the staff were brilliant.. Recommend Bingo by Le Chic, however its probably less about Bingo and more about having a laugh, so those with dobbers probably not your scene! Every single person throughout our stay was friendly and helpful, but a special shout out to the following people that were exceptional: - Luciana - Infinity Pool Waitress - Who couldn't have been more smiley and helpful if she tried. Samuel - Infinity Pool Bar Man - Always smiling and great service. Jose - Manager at 'Le Bohemie' - Who made our final night very special. Alexis - Waiter at 'Le Bohemie' - Outstanding service. Emilio and Daniel - Butlers at Villa 68 always on hand for anything we needed. Only draw back is it is an hour transfer from the airport which is a bit of a drag with a 9/10hr flight behind or ahead of you, but all the good definitely outweighs this. Absolutely phenomenal holiday and will probably be going back next year!

Wow is all I can say, I honestly don’t know how people moan, yes there are a few little minor updates to certain areas that need to be looked at but my god you are in paradise in this hotel ! Food selection is insane so much variety and restaurants easily booked on the app aslong as it’s 24 hours before so make sure you book ahead of time. Chic cabaret is worth every penny! One of the best nights! Staff are incredible they work so hard in crazy heat I honestly don’t know how they do it! Jessica, anahi and this lovely lady that served us every morning but we can’t remember the name ?? they all were so fantastic. Not forgetting Raphael he is such a lovely man with so much time for everyone, you can see he is very popular there because he makes such a huge effort with everyone! Our butler Carlos made us smile every time we walked in, nothing was ever too much he was brilliant! Rooms cleaned to a high standard every day and then they come again to make your bed whilst you’re out at dinner !! Room fully stocked with drinks and snacks each day, aircon saved my life haha! The heat is insane though so please bring a high factor me and my husband always bring a factor 15 oil but this time we brought 30 and was burnt badly after 4 hours !!!! I even burnt my lip that blistered so badly so get a spf lip balm. You get L’Occataine shampoo, body wash, conditioner and body cream so no need to bring any of those ! Gardens are always maintained beautifully and the pools ! Everywhere is very clean and well kept. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but I was told you can get a mattress topper if requested. The shop is shocking, absolute rip off so bring enough sun lotion, after sun as they are £$25 dollars for a little bottle $7 for crisp ?? the downside of the jewellery shop is they see you coming and try and rip you off and as soon as you walk out they drop the price by like $100 which really grates on me and puts me off buying things. In the uk the price is the price so haggling or trying to rip you off! Be kind and fair!!! Chic cabaret is worth every penny, works out at about $57 per person but let me tell you it’s worth it !!!! The evening entertainment needs a little work the one night they had a dJ playing good songs everyone was up dancing !! Play some music around the pool throughout the day ? I appreciate you have to cater to everyone but the majority want that. The musician at the infinity pool on the Tuesday was incredible!!! Overall it was amazing thank you

We booked our honeymoon trip through Expedia, and our Expedia Ambassador Fernanda was so nice and helpful, making sure we had a wonderful honeymoon. TRS Yucatan was lovely and the views were amazing. Service was amazing, especially our butler Martha. Highly recommend TRS Yucatan.

We came here for a wedding and had a good time. However, The rooms are nice but the lighting is absolutely terrible. You cannot even read, do your makeup or see after the sun goes down. The shower is extremely slippery and there is not a warning sign or bar to hold onto. A friend fell in the shower and had to go to the hospital in playa del Carmen. The rooms are not very quiet, you can hear everything so bring earplugs! The butler service is very good and the staff is great. They have tons of trams to take you wherever you need to go around the resort. The resort itself is beautiful, fun, has lots of pools and restaurants. Unfortunately the food is mediocre. The drinks are pretty decent and they deff keep them coming! They bring you treats by the pool and deff have very attentive staff! Also be very careful with Excursions as the entire bridal party got food poisoning the day before the wedding due to food/drinks on a boat excursion! Myself and a few other people got sick while just staying at the resort. Be careful when choosing your food at the restaurants, and obviously try not to drink the water! Which brings me to my issue with the water. They run out of bottled water at most of the bars and restaurants. When you ask for it they tell you they don’t have any. However room service was always able to bring us bottled water! All in all it’s a Beautiful resort with great staff. I do wish the food was better and they had more water bottles. I assume they filter the water but I was very scared since I got sick the last time I was in Mexico from contaminated water.

-Bad food (it advertises lots of restaurants but only a couple are open all day, everywhere around the food smells like bathroom, fake food and fake restaurants to suffice their end of being an all inclusive) -Bad Rooms (Out of date decor, pillows smell like BO, bathroom smells like mold, wet sheets, Gross mattress) -Resort (Nice views but bad service all around, no towels at pool, no service - even when giving cash tips) This should not be labeled as a 5 Star resort. It is a 3 at best.
