The best parts: if you’re in club platinum you get butlers. Erik and Alejandro give great service and are very friendly. There’s a variety of restaurants, and the all inclusive is amazing :). There are also adult only sections which I enjoy…. 99% percent of people who work there are pleasant. Cons: there are a lot of reminders and phone calls and people coming to the rooms at inconvenient times to ask if you need anything. It’s very hospitable, but I personally prefer to be contacted less or reminded of reservations.

Enjoyed the variety of restaurants. May is plenty hot for us New Englanders. This is the second time we have stayed in building 23 which has a beautiful view.

Staff is tremendous and so helpful!Food was excellent! Rooms were clean and comfortable! Highly recommend to everyone!

We stayed in building 24, the butler team of Alberto, Sebastian and Braulio was unbelievable. This was by far the best vacation we’ve been on and in no small part do we owe it to these gentlemen. We will definitely be returning next year and will request them for our room. Again, I can not emphasize enough just how hard they work how personable they are and so perfectly suited for this job. 5 stars!!!!

Incredible property. Impeccable grounds and rooms. Food is great mostly. Staff is top notch. They really try to help with most requests or concerns at the property. No real complaints at all. Excellent relaxation here. They really know how to service guests at El Cids. Avoid timeshare presentation if your not into high pressure sales.
