Great hotel, our 3rd visit here! Lots of restaurants and plenty of room at the pool areas. We had great service at Portofino restaurant by Edy, and Juan and Jesus at the Adelita restaurant also. Keep up the good work guys! The other restaurants are great too, but haven’t tried them all yet this time around.

Tonight mirna was our waitress and was very good and attentive. She kept asking if we were okay. Cleared our plates away promptly. She was very pleasant and had a smile all the time. Nothing seemed to much trouble. She was well presented clean and tidy.

Big resort but honestly too big. Was a nightmare getting around the resort. Beach is hidden. No pool drink service, the snack food around the pool area was inedible. Electricity and water went out for hours during our stay. Food was pretty good, other than the Thai restaurant.

We visited Grand Palladium White Sands 28th April until 8th May. On the whole the resort is very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We visited the Brazilian, the Argentinian, the Mexican and the Steakhouse al a carte restaurants and the food was excellent and the staff were excellent especially Juan in the Mexican and the Steakhouse. The buffet does get a bit monotonous as it basically the same food morning lunch and dinner. The beach had a lot of Sarragassum on it and they were fighting a losing battle to clear it but that cannot be blamed on the resort. The rooms are very good and kept very clean We had no issues with our room. Pools are very good and there was plenty of sun loungers so no need to go out early and leave towels on them but some people still did. It was a bit smelly from the surrounding lagoon but I think that was due to the water level falling.

My only complaint is the night life is lacking. Everything kinda shuts down at 9:00. And the rooms could use an upgrade on the AC
