I recently got married there May 18,2024. Everything there was amazing.The day after ariving I met with the wedding team and photographer.The were super friendly but it was alot of information at once. One thing I didn't know before I went was that I needed 3 songs during my ceremony which by the was was at the over the water chapel at sunset(5pm). So its 1 song to walk down asile to,1 for signingyour documents and 1 for when you leave the chapel. so those songs I choose on the fly whichwasnt a big deal.Monica in the wedding department was amazing. She super nice and easy to talk to and if your nervous she is good at calming you down.All the staff there are super friendly the ladies at the front Kamisha,Raequelle,Kadijah and Kezia were amazing always smiling super helpful and very friendly.I only used the spa for my hair and make up trialand the day of my wedding. You get the same person for both and I had Oma.She was super friendly, easy to talk with and if theres something you don't like she will listen. The day we got masrried Lulu married us my husband said she was pretty cool and I like her too she has a vry calm presence about her and our ceremony was what I expected.We chose traditional, nonreligous and did our own vows. We ate most of our breakfast meals in the italian resturant just becauase it was inside and it was nice to alway be greeted by Lisa, who is the manager.She was super nice,always smiling,she would take a few moments to talk with us every morning and she remembered the day I said we were getting married and wished us luck the day before and congradulated us afterwards. Most night we ended up in the pub because it was the only place on resort open til 2am. We went there somuch that when I walked in that I didn't have to order my drink because Dionie one of the servers was already bringing it to me.If your a hard cider lover they have a good one called peach country its by ciderboys. If you are looking for tours to go on and are an active person I recommend the hike up Mt Pimard its $60.It was alittle challenging but the view from te top was well worth it to me. Another tour we went on was the JJ boat tour.Its the same as the land and sea except you go by boat which was waaaaay better because by van it was basically the same long drive thta you had from the airport.Anyways the JJ boat tour was fantastic!!!!!Chocolate Thunder your tour guide was mind blowing super smart guy he would ask you yur name where your from and could tell you what your state was famous, didn't matter where you were from Texas,NYC,London he knew everything.Also on our tour we had ReRe who kept the rum punch flowing,Big Poppa who was the captain that got us to all our locations safe and the photographer the resort sent along Rohand was great there to capture all our memories at the mud bathe,waterfall,snorkling and on the boat.Highly Highly recommend this tour its worth was more than the $169pp we paid.Sorry if my review is all over the place just trying to remember everthing.Hopefully this helps someone. I more thing if you rent the cabanas for 2 Heather is amazing she is super friendly as well she will bring you food and drinks so you can just relax in your cabana and enjoy the view of the ocean.

We love Sandals Grande St Lucia. The beach is incredible. The views are stunning. The pool is lovely. The food is good. The rooms are sufficient. The people are AWESOME. Just a few that stood out: Egbert-upstairs bar, Peter, Nicole & Jamal (who has butler qualities)-pool bar, Lisa-Toscanini’s/Jerk Shack, Pamela-Gordons, Donald-Pub and Constance -housekeeping. Does the property have areas to improve? Yes, it needs an update and to be refreshed. The night entertainment was a little hard on the ears just because it was beyond loud. But the positives outweigh that to us.

My husband and I just got back from Our dream 25 year anniversary trip. The Sandals Grande St. Lucian did not disappoint. Our Butler team of Amos, Trancha, and Bailey made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped foot on the property. Amos gave us a tour and took us to our decorated beachfront rondoval where we had chilled Champagne and fresh fruit ready for our arrival. He reviewed with us our likes and dislikes and we made plans for our first day on the beach. He provided us an amazing dinner in our room. After meeting Trancha and Bailey the next day we were set. We discussed our plans every day. We had breakfast out on our patio every morning. Shaded spots with a stocked cooler waited for us every morning either at the beach or the pool. They bought us lunch daily and cocktails throughout the day. Every afternoon, snacks and cold drinks waited for us when we returned to our room. We had the best seats in the house of every restaurant, no wait, just fabulous views, delicious food and an attentive, incredible wait staff. Our room attendant, Preshia kept our room in line, she always made had enough supplies, turn down service, towels and always made sure we did t need anything. The bartenders and pool crew were awesome! Either exercising or playing games the entertainment and fitness teams kept us going! Everybody knows the bartender Peter, but Jamal brought it as well! We also had the Tropical Massage through Red Lane Spa. Our massage was out on the beach pier with an incredible breeze. Minerva and Cynthia had us relaxed the feeling great! We had such a fabulous time we rebooked with Sherville in the loyalty office. We originally went into the trip thinking we would rebook at another sandals location but after what we experienced at the Grande, especially our butler team, we knew we had to go back. Counting the days until our rerun in 2026!

The resort itself was nice but we had a few issues. We ate at the London Pub and I ended up getting sick from the food we ate. We had to cancel our excursion because I could not keep from throwing up. The receptionist at the Adventures desk was incredibly rude when I informed her we would not make it because I was sick. Overall the service at all meals was incredibly slow even though it seemed we had at least two people waiting on us at all times. One breakfast at Tuscanis took over an hour and it took us 10 minutes to even get water after sitting down. Dinner at Gordons took forever and we had to ask three times for our drinks (there was a couple who walked out because they hadn't gotten their drinks). A server at the London Pub was actively looking at his watch and reading text messages while "taking" our dinner order. I have literally never had that happen in my life in any restaurant. Only places where service was truly up to Sandals standards was Soy and Bombay. The lobby bar tender was incredibly rude most nights and gave us wrong drinks on several occasions.

All I can say is ….i will return everyone we encountered was gracious and kind, though the dining leaves a bit to be desired…the staff made up for it
