First time in Jamaica-a lovely country!

This is our first time in Jamaica although we have holidayed around the Caribbean including staying at other Sandals. This holiday was the best Sandals stay, the staff made it! They were friendly, helpful and chatty. Other reasons to stay here include, the recently refurbished rooms and the great sea view that we had for a couple of weeks! Again Mobay trumped other Sandals with the room fridges and toiletries being restocked daily, something other resorts struggle with…. There are two small pools and a large sandy beach with loads of chairs.. however the only issue was if you want shade on the beach then without a butler you will struggle….. We went off the property to go for a run on a number of days.. no issues, the locals were very friendly despite Jamaica having an undeserved reputation for violence…. If you like planes then you will love it here…. During daylight hours the peace will be broken for a few seconds as an aircraft takes off.. you will get used to it! Benefits other than a very transfer time however also include a short transfer to the neighbouring Sandals, the Royal Caribbean, a 5 minute courtesy coach ride away. RC has a couple of good restaurants, the Royal Thai and the Bombay, you can reserve a table at Mobay for both, and of course if you wish there is also a nudist beach on the RC Cay! Sadler too many staff to remember all the names, but bar staff Milton, Davion, concierge, Nicole and gym instructor Teco were all fantastic. Hopefully see you all again next year!

Paradise is an understatement! HUGE shoutout to Orlando at the aqua center for helping me overcome my fear of snorkeling!!! He was an amazing guide for all water sports and a great educator on Jamaican culture!!! Until next time Sandals!?????????
