Best hotel downtown

The entrance is amazing! The lobby has such a instagramable set up! Front receptionist were so helpful. Quick and easy drive to downtown with great views of the city. Katie, the valet lady was so sweet and quick! I love this place. I would definitely recommend!

Love this hotel! It’s my second time here for 2024. From the aesthetics, the friendly employees and of course Isaac from valet who was really kind and hustling to get our cars for us! Thank you so much for everyone we encountered. I will be back again!

Nice hotel! Great service! Valet service excellent! Always gave us cold water bottles for our daily excursions! Room service was good and delicious breakfast in the hotel restaurant .Clean and nice location! We Would stay here again if I was in the area.

Kind valet attendants Katie and Marco

Valets Katie and Marco were do helpful when we had car trouble. We made it a little more difficult to do their jobs but they were so kind and supportive of our situation. The hotel staff gave us water and understood that things happen in life. Thank you Katie and Marco for your help.

Fraye hotel Nashville TN. HILTON curio hotel

This was my first stay at the Fraye and I was quite impressed with the vibe of the hotel, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. In particular kudos to Edward, front desk. Jean Paul valet, Antwan hotel manager, Tish Front desk and Dayani breakfast restaurant server. Understanding that this is a newer hotel I did share some constructive insights with Antwan and Tish upon checkout. Most due to infrastructure/facility and IT system digital use in tandem with my guest using a physical door key. So digital key, some minor water and lighting issues impacting my room were shared with Antwan/Tish and now Edward. I was pleased the insights were received so graciously and I look forward to all the kinks being worked out when I return! ??
