For starters, taxi to/from the airport is, at the time of writing, $50 CASH each way. Be sure to pick your sunscreen. The Warwick was fun, easy to manage, and very friendly. Staff like Selene, Tomek, and Sheryl made it enjoyable and classy. The wines are NOT good (for us) and the drinks are heavy on the booze and light on the fruit juice (for those on a diet). The pool is not crowded but the deck is and all chairs, especially umbrellas, are usually gone by 10-1030. Claim one early! And be sure to apply your sunscreen. Excursions (included): shuttle to / from cabbage beach as well as snorkeling gear, deep sea fishing poles, a bike tour around the island, yoga and Zumba classes on the dock, games and contests almost every day. Check the Facebook page for the resort for up-to-date event details. And plan on lots of sunscreen. The food is diverse yet similar or the same day to day. Only one day could I not get my traditional morning banana. Whatever your cuisine is you should be able to make out a plate. The beach is small yet offers a lot. There are small fish are swimming near the rocks at the Breakwater, there are large floaty, rafts in the lagoon, there are chairs and umbrellas on the beach, as well as hammocks and suspended swinging chairs. The beach gets sun almost all day, so be sure to use lots of your sunscreen. The fitness center is decked out with everything you need to get a workout in. There is a guest laundry room on the third floor for drying out those suits from a last minute, pre-departure dip. At the time of writing it’s $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry.
Awesome stay

We were gifted this trip from our children, so all was chosen by them. What a great a choice! It is a smaller, more quiet resort which was perfect for our first time at an all inclusive. We loved that it was adults only. We found the rooms to clean and nice, although bathroom is small. For the 2 of us, it was just fine. Housekeeping was friendly, but we'd rather not have people in and out of our room, so we only had them come in once during our 5 day(4 night)stay. Beds were comfortable the the pillows were like sleeping on a cloud! Evening activities were fun, but it would have been nice to have been able to experience a bit more in the way of cultural entertainment. We also recognize that our short say maybe didn't allow us to hit the evenings that provided that. We were able to find lots of food to accommodate our dietary needs at the Buffet in the Verandah Restaurant. The Edgewater restaurant had a great steak meal and they even gave us a free bottle of their special hot sauce when my husband indicated that he really liked it. Abbiocco restaurant's steak wasn't quite as good, but it was still a nice place to eat. We got a quick snack at Chickcharnie's and it was ok although we were limited to 2 items on the menu each. It wasn't really our style of food, but it did in a pinch. Staff was very polite and accommodating. The concierge got us into a full sunset cruise as we only had one night available to do it. Had we tried to book it ourselves, we likely would have missed out. We were able to walk to Cabbage beach and the ferry terminal quite easily and felt very safe the whole time on Paradise Island. We were a little disappointed that there was nothing going on outside in the evening as the Hog Bar shut down at 6 and all activities took place inside. Coming from a colder climate and wanting to enjoy the warm weather as much as possible, it would have been nice to have been able to be outside in the evening for some entertainment or activities, but this was not enough of a reason for us to not enjoy our stay. We highly recommend staying at the Warwick.
