I stayed at the Beach Palace on my fourth trip to Cancun in two years, and I must say out of all the resorts I’ve stayed in over the last two years, the level of service here was unmatched. The rooms were clean, the amenities were abundant, and the food was delicious. I did not have a bad meal the entire time I was here. I’ve never been to a resort where the staff has been so attentive, and so willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. We began our trip eating breakfast in the downstairs buffet until we found the upstairs breakfast area on the mezzanine floor. The staff here is remarkable and the food is made fresh. Santa, Mary, Doyle, Raymundo, Yamilet, Jaqueline, and Romina always went above and beyond to insure quality service. Highly recommend coming to check them out if you stay here! Overall, I would rate the Beach Palace 5 stars, solely on their level of service, which is the best in the area!

This was such an amazing trip! They have the most kind, attentive, wonderful people there to help make your vacation the best vacation it can be. Gorgeous setting! Absolutely wonderful amenities! I would recommend this resort or any of the palace resorts to anyone based on the comfortability, the luxury and most importantly the people who are there to make your luxury holiday more fantastic than you could’ve expected!!! The food was amazing, the accommodations amazing… you can’t go wrong here!
