Loud and disappointing

Overall a big disappointment. If you value quiet - please avoid the inner atrium balcony rooms. They gave us one as an “upgrade” on a low floor facing the magnolia atrium. There was a thousand person event going on in the atrium all night until 10. The music was so loud that even with the doors closed, the walls were vibrating from the bass. We couldn’t get to sleep early and had an early morning. The walls are paper thin and even worse if there is a connecting door. The event food was terrible. Three members of my party got food poisoning. The steakhouse and the restaurant had decent food. Also, the resort is massive. Make sure you leave enough time to get to your destination. You’ll definitely get your steps in. Just FYI - don’t expect to stay here and think you’re close to actual Nashville. Nashville proper is still 20 minutes away. On the upside - the hotel staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Some of the best I have ever encountered. That is why there are two stars instead of 1. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

One of the best resorts for a weather proof conference experience. The dome like aviary stil makes you feel like your outside. The large convention Center has no lack of space and make your conference feel presidential. The waterfall features and facilities are vibrant and clean. Definately on my list to visit again.
