Great Options for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at The Beachfront by Fives which is connected The Five Beach Hotel. Every night we took a short cart ride from our side to eat all the many delicious restaurants at The Fives. They have activities and live entertainment everyday. Of special note is the Spa. We had one of the best massage ever by Bianca and Adriana. We also enjoyed the natural area that was home to monkeys and coatis plus a cenote. Overall 5 star hotel that meets a variety of needs and expectations including kids activities and pools that are adult only.

This is a nice all inclusive resort. The rooms are nice and spacious. The pools (maybe 10 pools in this resort) are nice and most of the day staff will be working to keep them clean of leaves. You will always find pool chairs. The food is not so great. I have tried the French twice, the first time was very good. The second time was disastrous (no consistency in food quality) l. I tried the natura, and it was just OK. I also tried the Thai restaurant once and it is the best. The breakfast buffet is good, and I always found something to eat. Lunch and dinner at the buffet was less than average. Staff are slow and never happy, especially at the pools’ bars and at check in. The only staff I found joyful and smiling are the cleaners (room, pool, and garden cleaners). Would I come again m, maybe not! I will try somewhere else. But I guess it is just like any all inclusive resort. Don’t expect more.
