A second phase of room renovations will commence at Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo on August 25, 2024 with an expected completion date of December 1, 2024. Hotel services will not be affected during this time.
Please note the following maintenance work schedule for the aquatic facilities located at Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo and Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites.
Pirate Ship: Maintenance work has begun and the area will remain closed until May 6, 2024.
Lazy River: Maintenance work begins on May 6 and the lazy river will remain closed until June 6, 2024.
Water slides: Maintenance work will be carried out during the month of September and will remain closed for the month
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.
Overview
Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo wows its guests with its stunning Mexican-style architecture and decor, including tall metal palm trees with coconut lanterns in the lobby, a reception desk with a backdrop of an altar of a Spanish church, and the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel in one of the resort's best restaurants, El Museo.

The room was very nice, albeit, we didn't spend much time in it. The amenities we amazing, but the food resembled cafeteria food. Entertainment at the adjoining resort was more lively than at the Lindo. The beach was wonderful and truly relaxing. The only negative, aside from the food, was the constant pitches from the "Concierge". Reminded me of the free show ticket in Vegas.

Would not recommend you don’t get to eat at any restaurants. Went to iberostar Lindo supposed to have access to tons of restaurants. Can’t book and they try to sell you a 26,000 vacation club membership which is discounted today only for 50k. I was a huge fan after Jamaica but didn’t even have a working AC, remote or telephone. They didn’t care after multiple complaints….. what they did offer was free Champaign at an all inclusive free drink resort…. Generous
