You can reset your password, or retrieve your WestJet Rewards ID, by clicking on Forgot ID or password on the Account overview page.

If you continue to experience issues accessing your account it may be that your email address is linked to multiple accounts (i.e. one address used for several members of the same family, or you have more than one account). Please re-attempt to sign in using your 9-digit WestJet Rewards ID and password instead. Your WestJet Rewards ID can be found in most WestJet email communications sent to you.
