- If your flight between Toronto and Montreal or Ottawa arrives more than 30 minutes late (or 45 minutes late when travelling between New York and Toronto, Montreal or Ottawa), or is cancelled, we promise to give you 50% off your next flight on these routes.+
- If your flight between any of the four cities is cancelled and you cannot travel on your re-accommodated flight, we promise to keep the value of your original ticket available for future use with no penalty. Simply notify WestJet or your travel agent that you wish to cancel the reservation and we'll do the rest.+
Has your flight between Toronto, Montreal or Ottawa arrived more than 30 minutes late (or 45 minutes late when travelling between New York and Toronto, Montreal or Ottawa) or been cancelled? Here's what you need to know:
- If you provided your WestJet ID or email address when booking, you'll automatically receive your 50% discount details by email within two weeks of your travel date.
- If you do not receive your discount within two weeks, fill in this on-time promise form and we'll send you the discount information within 10 business days.
- For future bookings be sure to always add your 9-digit WestJet ID to your reservations so we can automatically notify you of any discounts. Don't have a WestJet ID? You can get one either by signing up for a guest profile or by joining WestJet Rewards.
