SVT is an online system WestJet uses to provide you with your travel itinerary, as well as additional travel tools and information.
You can access SVT through the Internet from a computer or from your mobile device.
We recommend reviewing your travel details immediately after receiving your confirmed travel itinerary.
A link will be provided on your confirmed travel itinerary, or you can visit http://www.virtuallythere.com/. If you use the link from your confirmed travel itinerary, you will be automatically taken to your reservation information. If you do not have the link from your confirmed travel itinerary, just visit http://www.virtuallythere.com/ and then enter your reservation code and last name.
Although a SVT profile is not required to retrieve your flight information, having one allows you to access useful information and features, like flight notifications, that can improve your travel experience.
Your WestJet guest profile allows you to store your name and contact information, giving you the ability to quickly make and manage your WestJet reservations, plus receive special WestJet offers. Your Sabre Virtually There profile is managed by the SVT website, where it is subject to their terms and conditions, and your information is stored according to their privacy policy. It’s used to access your confirmed flight and payment information.
You will need to create a profile in SVT in order to create flight notifications. Whenever you complete a reservation*, you will need to add a request to be notified of any changes to your flight date, time or gate, or in the event of a flight cancellation. Notifications can be sent through text (SMS) messaging, voice mail or email. *Please keep in mind that you must add a notification request for every WestJet reservation, and if you change or cancel your reservation, you must update your flight notification request.
Yes! An online demonstration is available at http://www.virtuallythere.com/.
