1Group reservations for domestic travel require a $75 CAD/USD deposit per person. You may wait until thirty (30) days prior to departure to provide guests' names; name changes are also permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure at no additional charge. Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to departure. You may release 10 per cent of your group without loss of deposit up to thirty (30) days before departure.
Group reservations for transborder travel require a $75 CAD/USD deposit per person. You may wait until forty-five (45) days prior to departure to provide guests' names; name changes are also permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure at no additional charge. Final payment is due forty-five (45) days prior to departure. You may release 10 per cent of your group without loss of deposit up to forty-five (45) days before departure.
Group reservations for international travel require a $75 CAD/USD deposit per person. You may wait until sixty (60) days prior to departure to provide guests' names; name changes are also permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure at no additional charge. Final payment is due sixty (60) days prior to departure. You may release 10 per cent of your group without loss of deposit up to sixty (60) days before departure.
