WestJet Vacations package bookings

Our fees for guests travelling on a WestJet Vacation package booking are the same as those for guests travelling on an air-only booking with WestJet, with the exception of making a reservation and group bookings.

  A $75 CAD/USD fee per guest plus GST/HST and applicable supplier rates and charges.

Changes must be done by WestJet Vacations during business hours, are subject to re-booking at the time of change and will be re-booked at current retail price. Please note that some suppliers do not accept changes. A change of property is treated as a cancellation, not as a change. Name changes are not permitted. Changes within 21 days of departure are not permitted. 		 
 
  Cancellations more than 21 days of departure

 

   A $75 CAD/USD fee per guest plus GST/HST and applicable supplier rates and charges. The remaining funds will refunded to the original form of payment. Attraction tickets are non-refundable.

Cancellations within 21 days of departure

  Will result in the full forfeit of the amount paid. Cancellations must be done by WestJet Vacations during business hours. Travel insurance is recommended.  
 
 

No-shows

   Any missed flights or unused vacation components are non-refundable and non-creditable. Refunds are not provided in the event of an early departure.

  Deposits
  

A $200 CAD deposit per person at the time of booking is required. This deposit is non-refundable and non-creditable in the event of cancellation.

Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure or by the applicable Early Booking Bonus date.

Group bookings not paid in full by the required date will be cancelled.
  
 
  Changing the name of a guest travelling (up to 21 days prior to departure)   Name changes and corrections are subject to approval by the hotel supplier(s), and may not be permitted.  
 
     

The size of your group may be reduced by up to 20 per cent without penalty and the deposit will be applied towards the balance of the group booking. If the reduction of your group size exceeds 20 per cent, the cancelled guests will lose their deposit. If the entire group cancels, the full deposit is lost.

Groups are required to maintain a 10 room minimum to qualify for group rates, terms and conditions.  Should you reduce to less than 10 rooms, the remaining travelling guests will be re-booked under individual booking rates, terms and conditions.  Full payment and all guest names will be required immediately. 		 
 
  Reduction in group size and cancellation (within 60 days of departure)   Any reduction in group size is subject to loss of funds for cancelled guests.  If the entire group is cancelled, funds are lost.  
 
  Rooming lists and itineraries   A complete list of guest names must be submitted to WestJet Vacations 60 days prior to departure or applicable early booking bonus.
