Guests with special needs

While WestJetters care for everyone who flies with us, we know some of you need that little bit of extra attention. Here's where you'll find what you need to know about guests with special needs.

We recommend that you contact us a minimum of 48 hours before your flight's departure, as some services require a little extra time for us to prepare, and in some cases (like oxygen), we are limited in the number of guests we are able to accept. Adding a special request is easy. Just call our Sales Super Centre at 1-888-937-8538 and we'll be happy to assist. If you require TTY service, call 1-877-952-0100.

Services and amenities for guests with special needs in international destinations/hotels:

Travelling abroad with a special need can pose unique challenges. International accessibility services and amenities may not meet Canadian or American standards and may differ from location to location. In some cases they may not be available at all. WestJet Vacations strives to ensure that appropriate arrangements are made to make your vacation a remarkable experience, we cannot guarantee the availability of or access to accommodations for guests with special needs in destinations outside of Canada and the U.S. WestJet Vacations is not liable for any costs, damages, or losses arising from or related to the lack of any such access or accommodations.
