Beautiful terrace view

Easy check-in staff was accommodating. Beautiful pool and lovely lounges. My suite was outstanding and there were a lot of food options inside the hotel. I went for a show in Chelsea. It was super convenient to walk downstairs without having to worry about the traffic or walking in high heels. thanks for a great day.

Prior to my trip to Vegas last year I did read reviews of the Cosmopolitan on trip advisor, both positive and negative in order to get a balanced view of what to expect. My view on the Trip Advisor negative comments having stayed here 5 times over the last seven years, a lot of people expect to receive something for nothing whether it be upgrades or "Comps", if you want something, pay / plan for it and consider yourself lucky if you do get an upgrade on the flight or the hotel. I didn’t experience any issues with the staff during check-in or the duration of our stay all were very polite, efficient service given the workload. We got married in the Cosmopolitan, our Hotel staff noticed the cards in the room and brought us some bottles of fizz, granted it was probably left over from someone who had just checked out but a very nice gesture! We stayed in the boulevard tower (23 floor) and yes you can hear the music from the party pool, Vegas isn't quiet, closing the door does sort this out! Again, another issue is the smoking of cannabis, It's rife in Vegas and it’s not just the Cosmopolitan, you can smell it on the streets and where other guests are smoking on the balconies. Now, I find the balcony a luxury in Vegas so will put up with it and the view of the Bellagio Fountain! If it's your first time to Vegas, you'll be blown away, it's amazing! BUT be prepared to walk, there is so much to see and a bus isn't the way to do it! IF you've been more than once you know what it's like so don't complain about minor issues or changes. 25 Days and 30 minutes to go ;-)
