Please note Iberostar Hotels, will be doing maintenance work in the waterfall pool located between Iberostar Paraiso del Mar and Iberostar Paraiso Beach.
The waterfall pool is a small pool located in the area near the reception. Maintenance work will begin May 27 and the pool will remain closed until June 17. The main pool will be open during normal hours and with all services operating regularly.
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.
Overview
The 424-room, family-friendly Iberostar Paraiso Beach is an all-inclusive resort located halfway between Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen in Riviera Maya. This holiday complex is perfectly integrated into the tropical landscape.
Unlimited access to the facilities at sister hotel Iberostar Paraiso del Mar. Day pass from 9am to 6pm included at Iberostar Quetzal and Iberostar Cozumel (transportation not included)
Other fees include

I wish i just stayed home. 80% of the food was bad. About 8/10 times my drink was terrible. Long walks in the heat, hardly could ever get a cart. Upsell culture is crazy. Basically you can get bent if you aren’t going to buy a membership. 2/10. Bad

What a beautiful property! Feels very authentic Yucatán Peninsula. Every staff member that we encountered was great, very helpful. Joshua at La Hacienda restaurant was an absolute delight. Erik was always around to give a ride on the golf cart wherever we wanted to go.
