Where can I find my ticket number?
Your ticket number is a 13-digit number that uniquely identifies the airline ticket that was issued to you. The quickest and easiest way to locate your ticket number is through your boarding pass or your eTicket receipt.
WestJet issues electronic itineraries with attached eTicket receipts by email when flight reservations are made. If you have kept the email from WestJet with your itinerary, open the "Electronic ticket receipt" attachment.

This is a boarding pass that you (or another person with whom you travelled) printed after using web check-in on westjet.com. Your 13-digit electronic ticket number can be found under the QR code.

This boarding pass is issued during online check-in on your mobile device. Your 13-digit electronic ticket number can be found at the bottom of your screen, under the QR code.

This boarding pass is issued if you (or another person with whom you travelled) have checked in on an Apple mobile device. To view your 13-digit electronic ticket number on this boarding pass, select the information icon on the bottom-right corner of your screen.

Where can I find my ticket number for flight extras?
To submit a missing rewards request for checked bag fees, seat selection fees and paid cabin upgrades, you’ll need to locate your individual ticket number(s) for each flight extra.
Added at time of booking or up to 24hrs prior to departure
WestJet issues electronic itineraries with attached eTicket receipts by email when flight reservations are made and when flight extras have been added post-booking through Manage Trips.
If you have kept the email from WestJet with your itinerary, open the "Electronic ticket receipt" attachment. You'll find the ticket number(s) for checked bags and seats listed in the “Other Charges” section of this emailed itinerary receipt.
Note: If you booked your trip through a third-party such as a travel agent, airline partner, travel site or AIR MILES®, you will need to contact us for assistance.
Added during check-in
Online: You will receive a separate payment receipt to the email address provided when paying for checked bafs and seats during online check-in.
At the airport: When checking in with a customer service agent, an updated copy of your electronic itinerary will be sent to you after paying for checked bags and seats. You'll find the ticket number(s) for checked bags and seats listed in the “Other Charges” section of the “Electronic ticket receipt" attachment.
Accepted upgrade offer
The payment confirmation you receive after your upgrade offer has been accepted does not include your ticket number. Please contact us for assistance.
Added during check-in
Online: You will receive a separate payment receipt to the email address provided when paying for a cabin upgrade during online check-in.
Note: At this time, upgrades purchased through placing a bid within 24 hours prior to departure are not eligible for accumulation of WestJet points or qualifying spend.
At the airport: When checking in with a customer service agent, an updated copy of your electronic itinerary will be sent to you after paying for a cabin upgrade.
