Guardian drop off and pick up acceptance

The drop-off guardian must meet the following guidelines:

required to present their valid (not expired) government-issued identification at the time of drop off
have the child at the airport 90 minutes before the scheduled departure
will remain at the airport until advised by a WestJet agent that the flight has departed
will remain available by phone until the aircraft has arrived and the child has been transferred to the pick-up guardian.

The pick-up guardian must meet the following guidelines:

required to present their valid (not expired) government-issued identification at the time of pick up
wait for the child in the WestJet domestic arrivals area
arrive at the airport at least 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival time
be older than 18 years of age
